Ariana bounced to her feet, then bent to help Velvela off. Eve grumbled as she pulled herself to her feet. She was falling down a lot today. She glanced at the two teens who had crashed into her. "Aw, Velvela, who's your little friend?" She scooped them both up into a big hug, not recognizing Ariana in her gem girl form. "Eve, it's me! Did you try- oof!" Ariana had the wind squeezed out of her when Eve's arms tightened in surprise. The next second she was dropped to the ground as Eve released them and stumbled back. Ariana's body became ice and shattered away, leaving her in her true form as a ten year old in jeans and a blank white tee-shirt. "See, it's me! What's going on?"
Eve paused in confusion for a second. How did she do that? She swiftly recovered and smiled. "Ariana! How have you been holding up?" "Did you-" "Er, actually not right now. We've got a bit of a situation." She turned to see a white blur smashing through the trees not far off. "EVERYBODY IN POSITION!" She yelled, exposing her cannon and stepping back, keeping Ariana in front of her. Ariana looking back realizing she was purposefully being put in the line of fire. Her eyes widened in horror and betrayal. Her body became statue still as she stared at Eve, mind crushed by the revelation. "You... you really did..."
___
The great beast of the west's ears perked. It turned its head towards the sound. The aberration? No, it had fled. Whatever it was, Byakku didn't have time for it. It jerked its head and lightening rained in the direction of Falken's footsteps. Without bothering to check the spot, Byakku too off, cutting a swath through the falling rain as it rushed. Trees fell in its path, bruising its face but not slowing it in the slightest. It saw the cell tower before long, slowing as it scanned the situation. The prey who had fought it earlier was there, with new prey. One who looked old and was old, one who looked old and was young. The aberration. It's defender. No threat. It pounced for the aberration, back in its rightful age, opening its jaws wide to swallow it whole and end this.

Alex was disappointed at first when it turn out that the sound was nothing more than a bunch of girls. He slowly lower his hands and watches Eve interact with Falken's protege and a new face. Lucky for him, another noise emerges and his excitement returns to him once more. Though it was also meet with a mixture of fear as he knew from experience that a deity was not something to be taken lightly. Yet, he still couldn't help his interest in seeing how well his trap will work against such a worthy target. As Eve commands them to get ready for the assult, he pays no attention to the position of Ariana in front of Eve's line of fire. And even if he did, he would not care at all for the arrival of Byhakku was the only think he was focusing on.
As the beast comes straight in, Alex decides this is the perfectly moment to strike with his most powerful weapon. Not wanting to take risks with an opponent this strong and waste an opportunity like this, he pulls out the Colt with one hand and fires a single round right towards the expose mouth of the beast. And, with the other hand, he creates his wire thread ball and also launches it at the charging divine monster.
Wire thread ball explanation:
The wire thread ball are a bunch of wire threads wrap around each other so tightly, that it almost look like a solid ball, which was connecting to the wire thread glove by a single finger by a single wire thread thats not completely integrated into the super complex ball shape. This wire thread variation look very much like a yoyo string and a ball of yarn combine.
The wire ball thread has the special function, where it can be used very make like a ball and chain weapon, with the flexible of a yoyo, especially with its design to be able to quickly return to its user after being launch, and it was also can be use like a ballon mix together with a grenade, which is due to the fact that the wire thread ball can expand in an explosion like fashion, which transforms the shape of the wire thread ball into a wire thread sphere like object. The wire threads that make up the sphere, will be flexible enough to naturally change its shape in order move throughout the beast's body, such as through the throat, to travel to where most of its internal organs are located. The plan was that the force of the quick expansion will allow the wire threads to pierce and cut the beast from the inside of its mouth, and from there it will quickly continue to expand and travel to other vital areas. The best part about this ball, is that it can retract itself after it expands, so it returns to its wire thread ball shape in order to expand again into its wire thread sphere shape; and if he wanted, the wire thread ball can just continue to repeat this pattern over and over again, just as easy as a yoyo master can send his yoyo out and back again from the palm of his or her hand.

Falken rolled to the side as the trees started falling behind him. Luckily Byakko seemed to have ignored him, charging towards something that seemed more desirable for the Sacred Beast. The Infamous Mercenary sighed with relief as he stood up, forcing his sight, not as enhanced as usual, to search for the creature whereabouts. Even without all his enhancements he could clearly see Byakko’s location and the others looking at the creature with dread. –So they spruced up that cell tower to trap Tony the Thunder Tiger? I bet that was the old man idea, not bloody artistry behind it that’s for sure…- Muttered the Mercenary
Upon facing this danger Velvela’s instincts and training took over as she grabbed the largest weapon on his arsenal, a pliable rocket launcher she carried on her backpack. It was an Inazuma Weapon Creation Club creation, like Falken’s arsenal, but less flamboyant and expensive. She shot the rocket, which had an incendiary explosive head, which would detonate on impact, showering Byakko with Napalm. –EVERYBODY!- The Super Soldier Student shouted while placing a knee on the ground. –DOWN!!!!- And she shot aiming at Byakko’s feet. Seeing Eve putting Ariana at risk made Velvela's blood boil.
-Plan B!- Garo rolled away from Eve’s side towards one of his arrow thickets. With surprising ease he picks one mid-spin as he aims from a diagonal at the creature flank. He was shooting one of the “Tetsu” Enchanted arrows, but not for their hardness, but truly for their properties, as the Charm gave the arrow the physical traits of iron, thus being able to catch lighting and serving as some sort of lighting rod to force the attacks from Byakko back to himself, creating arcs from his skin and back inside him… maybe his innards weren’t lighting resistant. Hopefully this theory proved to be correct... for everyone's sake...

Byakku's reactions were as fast as its movement, but there were far too many things to react to here. It was able to snap its jaws shut before the many attacks being aimed for it reached their mark, but it didn't save it all the pain they offered. The colt round bounced off the great cat's skull, scraping its flesh before spinning off a flattened ball of lead. The wire ball landed between its eyes the next second, where they erupted apart, slicing into Byakku's head and gouging into its eyes. Byakku let loose a roar of agony as darkness and steel swallowed its vision. It slid past Ariana, ramming Eve before it slid to a stop. Eve went sprawling as Byakku clawed at its eyes, trying to untangle the wires and had dug into its face.
Things didn't get any better at Velvela's rocket struck its side, erupting in an annihilating glare. The rain did nothing to lessen the chemical flames and Byakku's side burned. It shrieked in agony, as did another individual. Ariana waved her burning arm before rolling into a puddle. The mud barely dampened it and it began to spread again. Eve looked up with a dent in her chest at her screaming sister. She reached out a hand for an instant before squeezing her eyes shut. No. Something died in her. She turned away to face Byakku, now, spinning to face the man who had just fired arrows into its side. Unable to see its opponents and too maddened to smell, Byakku pounced at the most recent assailant. It's extended claws sliced through any wires in its way as it dove for Garo, seeking to slice through his midsection, a feat its claws extended plenty long enough to do.

Alex was not satisfy with the damage they had deal with the Byakku, but he was not surprise. From his past experience, he knew that they are going to have to do much more than that last assault to be able to end a clash with a scared beast. Plus, now he was going to need to wait a few sounds before he could reuse the Colt, though the next shot was going to have the advantage of being more powerful along with it already having anti-healing preventions, so he can at least deal some unrepairable damage to the monster. Still, he was genuine surprise by the beast claws being able to slash through his wire threads so easily. The lighting beast has ruin his Wire thread ball, but he wasn't going to let that stop him at all. Alex is just going to have to readjust his ideas in order to avoid the claws for the most part/ Yet, he was worried that he would be electrocuted if he wraps his wires threads that are attach to his gloves around the deity's body. So, he went with his next best plan.
Alex launches some wire threads around Garo's torso and with careful control he pulls the old Archer out of the path of the ramping god without causing him any damage whatsoever, while he simultaneous prepares a wire thread Javelin in his other hand before throwing the powerful short javelin at Byakku. Though, he was unsure how much damage it could do, it was still worth launching the attack at the very least to be able to slow down the creature. Another advantage to his plan in his mind was the that the old archer is skillful enough to use the freedom of his limbs to be able to launch off his own attacks as Alex pulls him out of the range of those dangerous claws.
*Wired Javelin explanation*
The light spear was similar to the twisting wire thread needle, due to the focus of the attack being a piercing one, and the increase to the potency of the wire's original sharpness, along with the fact that the wire thread javelin has a twisting design for its head and body. The wire spear variation also require 50 wire threads to make, rather than the needle, which can be made with any number of wire thread, but requires a lot less wired threads than the wired spear, yet this only increases the sharpness even more than the needle's design. The needle only increases the normal sharpness of a single wire by the amount of twisting wires added to each other, which is then multiple by two, when compared to the sharpness of a single wire thread by itself. The wire spear took it to the next level with its dangerous design. The Spear's sharpness was increase for every single wired added into it like the wire needle, but rather than be twice that amount, such as the needle, it was 4 times sharper at the tip. Already the tip of the spear, without being thrown, was 200 times sharper than a regular wire thread. This was the perhaps the best, yet weakest aspect of the spear. Unlike Alex's other attack, the spear didn't move with the same level of swiftness due to the extra weight, yet the spear itself only weighed a pound, since it was created from super thine wire threads, yet still this slowed down the speed by a good amount. Another thing, was the wire javelin was separated by the wire glove due to its design, which means that Alex had to throw it, rather than use the wire gloves to move it. But the benefit of the wire spear twisting design, also includes a twisting motion to further increase its already crazy sharpness at the tip and the sides of the wire spear once it has been thrown.
The faster the spear moves, the faster its rotation, the shaper the entire spear becomes, especially at the tip, which only further increases the already augmented sharpness of the wire spear even further. Alex discovered an interesting relating with the speed of the spear, which will increase the piercing affect of the wire spear. When throwing the wire thread javelin, the overall sharpness of the spear's tip will be added by its the original amount (200 times sharper than a single wire thread) if the spear was to travel at 100mph. Alex himself is able to throw the spear on average roughly above 200mph, hence the spear when combine with its speed, will allow the tip of the spear's sharpness to be slightly above 600 times the sharpness of a single original wire thread. The major downside to this technique, is again, that the spear is only moving at 200mph, which is a speed that is considerable slow in the Hidden World. In fact, Alex would normally never be able to hit anyone or anything with his spear, unless he already trapped their movements with his wires.

Garo followed up the movement imparted on him by the wires. His face was quite clear, he didn’t enjoy being pulled like a ragdoll, as he would have been able to avoid this attack quite easily. The Old Archer spun on the tall grass before standing up and glaring at Alex. –I might be old but I can take of myself!- And to put some emphasis to those words Garo picked another Tetsu Arrow from the ground, this time shooting to the opposite side of Byakko with milimetric accuracy.
-Take care of yourself or you will end up dead, that’s the law of the Hunters. - As he spoke his arrow flew towards the Sacred Tiger of Lighting, adding to Garo’s trap, to loop the creature lighting back to itself, and then force it to a large body of water, like the lake, so the discharge might short circuit the creature, to put it simply.
Velvela dropped the rocket launcher and picked her automatic rifle, she moved towards Ariana to guard her. –Are you okay?- She asked to the younger girl as she kept her rifle ready and prepared to shoot whoever tried to get near Ariana, either Byakko or Eve, who Velvela was currently keeping an eye open for after finding out Falken’s orders were true. -You!- She shouted at the Huntress. - Stay away from her.-
The Infamous Mercenary Falken Degiraz rushed through the fields as his nanites worked overtime to bypass some of his restrictions so he could change weapons, the Freeze Ray was nice an all, but against an enemy of this caliber it was like shooting ice cubes. He knew he needed more firepower, so he kept trying to find some kind of way to redirect his energy, without losing his EMP-proof modifications he did before moving towards Byakko. Finally he smiled as he mainframe found a “hidden door” that allowed that.
He quickly threw the Hino Freeze Ray into the Hyper Space Arsenal, it was a nice weapon, but it was almost prehistoric compared to his next pick. The Takumi Laser Cannon was one of Falken’s favorite weapons, a shoulder mounted death beam, that spite its limited duration overcame that hurdle with sheer brutal power. He could either use it as a large 20 second burst or he could maintain it for a full minute as a 5 m self contained “Plasma Blade” and finally a last charge as a scatter shot beam.
The Mercenary had a twisted smile plastered on his face as he imagined the effects of his weapon on Byakko.

"Take care of yourself or you will end up dead, that’s the law of the Hunters." Garo said as his arrow struck the white tiger, eliciting another howl. "That's not how the Wild Hunt operates, Garo!" Eve stepped beside him and blasted a cannonball across Byakku's face. The beast was weakening swiftly. Their traps and opening moves had worked perfectly. Eve turned an eye to Velvela and Ariana, Ariana still thrashing in the mud as the flames extended to her chest. Her ear piercing screams split the air. "I can't hurt her anyway. I'm sorry Ariana. Please die swiftly."
She turned to see Byakku struggling to stand, hole punched through its body by Alex's spear. It stumbled, blind and dying, last roar calling down lightening. All of it that should have struck the hunters instead was funneled into Byakku's body. It fell and lay still. Eve looked away. "Now, Velvela. Don't do anything about Ariana or I'll be forced to stop you." She kept her goofy grin as she advanced slowly upon Velvela. She didn't care about the lightening that kept flashing in the puddles before her, striking Byakku's body over and over again.

Alex didn't care for Garo's words. He wasn't someone who is going to let an old man's pride get in the way of him keeping his chances for success as high as possible. To him, Garo was way too valuable to risk losing. Besides, he learn from his former group of hunters a certain creed to follow.... A sudden realization hits him like a bolt of lighting. Its actually been so long since those words were utter in their entirety... that he has nearly forgot all the lines, yet one line pop back from memory. "Avoid becoming the beasts we hunt together....." said Alex slowly to himself as he remembers a time when he use to actual be a part of a small organization of professional hunters. His train of thought leaves him immobile as he begins to reflect on the past. As his body lay stiff and his mind drifts towards a different moment in his life, Alex is unresponsive for a few seconds. He couldn't even hear the sounds of the little girl screams or the lighting strikes for he was too far gone in his own world.

Velvela started using her hands, giving fast, yet soft hits to Ariana’s body to turn the flames off, as she lacked any flame retardants or extinguisher gear on her belt (something she would need to change if she ever returned to Inazuma) she could only do that, and it didn’t help, as the only thing she got were burns on her hands. Still she went for plan B, raising her rifle directly aimed at Eve. –Don’t move one step closer or I’ll shoot, because instead of wasting my bullets in the Tiger I think that they should be resting inside the real monster.- Velvela glared at the Huntress, without a hint of fear in her eyes, filled with determination.
Garo moved to pick another of the Tetsu Arrows as he replied to Eve. –Not following my advice wouldn’t be the first thing you did wrong today Harper-san. - The Old Archer loaded another arrow and shoots this time aiming for one of the front thighs. As his bowstring sprung he added. –Getting Degiraz involved will only get us in trouble.- And like any pessimistic prophecy just saying it helped to fulfill it as Garo sighed as his eyes noticed that the Infamous Mercenary was closing with an oversized weapon on hand. That could only mean bad news.
Falken finally arrived at the battlefield and with a cocky grin he announced. –EVERYBODY DOWN! I’m about to turn to the bloody right and I don’t want to smack you with my dick!- He lifted the Takumi Laser Canon, aiming the powerful weapon at the already wounded Sacred Beast. His smile widen as he added. –Did I say cock? Sorry I meant BLOODY DEATH BEAM!- With a mad chuckle and surely the “Ride of the Valkyries” sounding inside his head (as he was humming it) Falken started shooting a stream of plasma towards Byakko, planning to eradicate the damn thing from the face of the Earth.

Eve gave her usual flippant smile over her shoulder, hoping nobody noticed what was going on over here. Her own heart was trying to claw its way into her head to destroy her brain for deciding upon this plan. "Alex is saying not to be a dick, Garo!" She turned back to Velvela. "I can't tell you why, but there's a very good reason she needs to go. If you had any idea, you'd just put a gun to her head and end it. That's the best option. Look at those burns, they'll never heal. And they're not even close to the worst she faces." She didn't expect Velvela to listen, which was fair given she couldn't explain the problem. Damn mental blocks! She'd have to kick Velvela unconscious and chase Ariana off into the woods to die of her burns. The thought seared her soul, consigning her to hell for the rest of her life. She brought her boot back to smash into Velvela’s nose when she heard Falken coming in behind her.
"Well thank god you meant death beam. I'd rather get slapped by that!" She joked as lightening kept raining behind her. Odd how it kept doing that. What nobody noticed was how each strike seemed to fill in the beast's muscles and lessen its wounds. It took Garo's shot to the thigh while still lying still, but when Falken's beam leapt to kill, it met only empty space. With a noise like a tornado, a blur slammed Eve into the cell tower, denting it around her body. Her shocked gasp came too late, splattering blood across the ground long after the blur was gone. It was just beyond the clearing, lurking at mach speeds. It was going to just kill the aberration, but these creatures had interfered and nearly killed it. The supercharged Byakku found this unacceptable. They too it would shred and scatter in the lake.

Alex comes back to his senses when he sees Falken emerge and moves out the way as his laser beam strikes. At first, he thought that the cyborg had actually taken out the beast and was genuinely surprise that the big mouth computer man was able to actually do something useful with only minimal amount of talking, but that delusion quickly comes to an end when he notices a body smashing into the cell tower. His first concern was that the wire threads traps that connect to the tower could have been ruin, and his next was if Eve was still alive. Not wanting to waste anymore time, Alex begins to pace back towards his trap zones as he prepares his wires threads arounds his body in a 10m radius. The creature was too fast for his physical body to keep up with, yet there was a different story when it comes to his set ups. The scared beast speed shouldn't be too much of a problem... at least he hope that was the case with his current tactic. Still, he hated being out on the defense like this when just moments ago he was almost certain they had won. Damn it. He shouldn't have gotten too caught up with the past and realize that the beast was regaining its strength. Still, he looks at his Colt as the cool down period was already over. If I can land a few more shots with this thing.... but with that current speed, a single bullet fire is going to be nothing to that thing. I'm going the beast to be slowed down considerably if I have an chance of landing another shot.

Falken eyes could barely follow Byakko’s movements; he was really limited by the Anti-EMP mode so his sensorial array was greatly diminished. He could hear the boom each time the White Tiger slowed down to change directions, exiting and re-entering supersonic speeds as the beast stalked them. The Infamous Mercenary sought for cover as his mainframe started doing the calculations. If he couldn’t follow the creature with his eyes he would follow it with one of the most powerful things in the world. MATH! The Sonic Booms that followed the creature were data he could input to his mainframe and relate the distance between them, thus clocking the speed of the Tiger and helping him predict the creature next position or at least the most probable one. There was a pattern for every move, and soon his implants would find it, it was just a matter of time… time he would also use to allow the Takumi Laser Canon to recharge for a second shot and cool down to avoid getting overheated in the middle of the action. -Keep Tony the bloody Tiger busy for a moment, I’m going to frag him, but I need some bloody time to get him.-
Velvela took advantage of the opportunity given to her by Byakko’s attack and against every instinct of her body she grabbed Ariana, who was still on fire, just some small remains, and rushed towards the town, moving away from the Cell Tower. The Super Soldier Student didn’t have doubts abandoning her post like this; she always tried to place her morals and ideals over the job, that’s why she always had so many troubles with her school appointed Mentor. She grew up in the streets, were the only thing she could do was protect the other orphans that survived alongside her. Her incredible sensorial talents awakened to protect them and when she was drafted into the army as a secret project she only did it in exchange of getting homes and education for all her urchin friends. Velvela would never let a child suffer, no matter how evil others would say the child was. She would give any child in need of help the benefit of the doubt and more, always believing them. As she ran right past Falken, who was taking cover behind a large boulder, their eyes crossed, with the Mercenary’s right eye shining enigmatically as he saw his student ran away. -Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to you.- Velvela whispered to Ariana, trying to comfort her as she ran.
Garo spitted in the ground with disgust as he saw Byakko’s movements, the Old Hunter had certain pride on his work and it always pissed him off seeing creatures that made his efforts naught. But in this situation he had an advantage, as for an archer the eyesight was the most important sense, thus he could, somewhat, follow the beast way better than Falken could. –I my quarry and I’ll stop it.- He muttered between teeth, as a way to form a mental image, trying to use the more “oriental” side of his style, trying to visualize his arrow hitting the target like any practitioner of Kyudo would do. But just accuracy wouldn’t be enough for this so he had to up the stakes. Using the Shuryo-Shin no Me technique he found the moment of least speed on the creature movements so he could pinpoint his shot. Then he added the Kami no Shomei method, to increase the arrow speed to the maximum he could, barely reaching Mach 1 for a couple seconds and lastly he used the Kamigami no Ame technique to shoot, launching 3 multi shoots of 5 arrows each, all aimed to the creature’s legs to hinder it’s movements. This joint technique is called… >---Shuryo Kami no Ame (Hunting God Rain)--->

Eve grumbled and rolled out of the crushed portion of the cell tower. Her back was caved in and gasoline leaked through holes in her back. Dammit, her coat was all stabbed up. "Sure, tiger, whatever." She looked up to see Velvela charging off. Her rattled brain was trying to tell her something about this. She sorted it out by pulling a little canister with a blue scroll within from her coat and threw it at Velvela's back, where Ariana instinctively snatched it. She was bought time by Garo taking Byakku's legs out for just an instant, making it skid into the trees for a second. Byakku didn't seem as tough as Suzaku, but it was damn fast and she could swear it was healing as they watched. Byakku was back on its feet in a second, although far slower for the time being. She would get up in a second, after- dammit! She was smashed around by the vanishingly fast beast again, which slowed to fit its jaws around her. She aimed her cannon for its eye, but stopped when it bit down hard enough to sever her arm. The cannon dropped to the ground beside her. Well shit. She looked back at the others, but she was too dignified to scream for help, at least in front of Falken. Instead, she balled up her remaining fist and began battering Byakku's face. This would look awesome on her gravestone. ___ Ariana hung limply confused in Velvela's arms for a few seconds before snapping out of it and realizing she was still burning. She raised the little blue rock from her pocket again. Within a second, she was far larger and diffirently balanced. With a point of her finger, she blasted her arm with cold, erasing the flames. She instinctively snatched something that was thrown at them as they passed Falken. She looked at the little capsule with renewed life. Something to mess with and explore would take her mind off of things. She was quite unaware of any trouble her more unwieldy form caused Velvela.

Alex continues to move back towards his traps. After a while he manages to arrive at the base of the tower, where he sees a misshape looking eve. He stares at her for a second and pays close attention to the leaking gasoline coming from her body, then the next the beast was upon her. Alex creates another wire thread javelin and throws it at the Beast's expose back side. He didn't want to risk unleashing another bullet until the beast mobility has gone a bit more. Still, he was not going to let up now. With his other hand, he launches his wire threads onto the cell tower and begin to wrap around his network of wire threads that are connected to the cell tower. Preparing to establish full control from current position was going to be difficult, since he had plan to unleash the master plan at the top of the tower. Still, even when things weren't going exactly to plan, the ghoulish looking man had a wide grin smile for he was enjoying this moment.

-Harper! You need to lead it inside the Cell Tower!- Garo shouted after bitterly spitting on the ground because his attack didn’t do much against Byakko. With Falken charging his weapon, Velvela in open rebellion and Alexander smile creepily for something only God knows the Old Archer had to resort on Eve to fulfill his original plan. If they managed to get Byakko under the support structure they would seal it there and kill it at their leisure. –Grab him before his legs are completely healed and throw him in! I’ll slow him down!-
As all the arrows he prepared in the small thickets piercing the ground, the ones he shot carried a “Tetsu” Seal, thus he could activate them. It would take most of his Ki reserves, but he would turn every arrow piercing into Byakko into Iron, or at least replicate the characteristics of the metal, meaning increasing its weight and durability. The Old Archer focused his mind and released his Ki into the seals, turning the half a kilo of arrows sticking out the Sacred Beast into more than 5 kilos. It didn’t seem much, but on the legs it would really start to weigh it down… or at least that was what Garo expected.
-50%...60%...70%...- Falken muttered glaring at the weapon charge load up back to 100%. –Keep him busy, I’m getting there, almost full load…- The Mercenary smiled, even in this situation, and whispered. –Damnit, phrasing…-
-Don’t worry, I won’t let anything happen to you shvester, they won’t catch you.- Maybe by accident, or maybe a sign of mental instability Velvela called Ariana her “sister” as she carried the young girl towards down, suffering the effects of the flames that were burning Ariana. –I won’t let them catch you, not again.- The pain, exhaustion and fear were taking their toll on the young Super Soldier, without counting the pressure of Byakko in the area.
She was trying to escape to her past, but that was equally as traumatic as the current situation. Stranded in China, without friends and protecting a wounded girl from one scary woman. It was rational and logical for Velvela to lose her head for a bit.

Eve struggled in Byakku's jaws, snarling along with him. "Thanks for the save, guys!" Her chest opened, revealing the gun barrels and flamethrower within. With a roar rivaling Byakku's own, fire gushed down his throat. Byakku let out a scream and released her, shaking its great head with smoke streaming from its mouth and nose. "Okay, containment gets the Eve seal of approval, but at the rate it heals, I think we might not even be able to kill it. It is a god after all." She backed away as it snarled, looking at the cell tower. The beast staggered, clearly vastly hindered by its injuries and Garo's weight. "Okay, I know this is going to sound crazy, but I'm going to need you to undo that thing where you slowed it down." She back towards the cell tower, locking eyes with Byakku, waiting for it to recover enough to charge her.
___
"Shivy what?" Ariana didn't let her momentary confusion distract her from Velvela's clear distress. She hovered from her arms and hugged the super soldier. "It's okay! It's just an adventure!" Looking around, she noticed they were approaching town. "Oh! My dad should be down there! Come on!" She took Velvela's hand and the grin she was faking to try calming Velvela became the slightest bit real as she tried to drag her towards the town's opening.

Alex continues to regain control over his wire threads network that is connected to his trap. Normally, he would need to get into position, but Eve just happen to smash against the one point of the tower that was a sensitive focal point behind the mechanism of his elaborate trap, essentially the linchpin point. Had she crash even a foot away from the spot, he would have been able to access more than 50% of the the wire threads at this point. Now however, during these horrible circumstance, he is currently able to control maybe 5% of the overall wire threads in this trap. Is 5% going to be enough for this beast. As he gauges the situation, he hears Eve say something unbelievable again. She wants the creature to regain more mobility and momentum? Not only that, but she was right behind the cell tower, should that thing unleash itself against the tower and manages to take out it out, then my trap will be completely ruin. Alex begins to work even faster to regain control of the trap, preparing to at least be able to pull of a decent fraction of the trap's potential against the beast if the situation arises.

Velvela was dumbfounded to see Ariana’s joy. Under any circumstance the girl should be terrified, but she seemed fine. Maybe that was what Falken had explained her about the people in the Hidden World not being in the same wavelength as mundane people. Or maybe Ariana was faking the joyful disposition, but the Super Soldier Student was too distraught to notice if that was the case. –Your father? The man Mr. Degiraz was fighting? - Velvela asked trying not to reveal her feelings as if Falken was alive and kicking then Ariana’s father was most likely death, but she didn’t wanted to shatter the girl’s hopes.
-Okay, let’s find your father. - Velvela tried to smile as she introduced herself. –My name is Velvela Gedide, what’s your name? - She asked as he tried to extend her hand so the younger girl would grab it as they walked together.
Garo released the Tetsu effects without doubting Eve’s judgement. Even if he disliked her predilection for Falken as a team member, he didn’t care in the least about the emotional side of that clusterfuck about to happen, he could admit to himself that his current Boss knew how to react under pressure. –Done! - He shouted as he powered down the Tetsu charms, something that returned some Ki to him, stopping him from being completely depleted. The Archer poised himself to shot if something went wrong with another Tetsu arrow.
-I’m almost full charge!- Falken shouted from cover as he looked at the digital display reaching 90%

Eve smirked and lowered into a wrestling stance as the recovered Byakku charged her. "Thanks Garo. Alex, get ready with whatever you've got to do." With a thundering roar, Byakku leaped and Eve reached out her arms, reforming her arm to grab it under its arms. With her own weight letting her act as an anchor, she fell back and shoved, adding her own strength to its momentum. With a confused growl Byakku was slammed into the cell tower. "Alex, if you have anything that'll help it keep there, you'd better throw it out now!"

Ariana didn't notice any worry behind Velvela's eyes and just released her hand to immediately shove hers back in for a shake. "I'm Ariana Harper! Pleased to meet you!" She beamed before turning to drag Velvela into town, arriving at the battle zone within a minute. She glanced over the ground until she found Warden, frozen and partially sticking out of the ground. "Dad! Awww!" She hovered over and stared for a minute. "Well, we have time to kill till he thaws out. Anything you want to do?" The threat of having nothing to keep her mind off of recent events creeped at the edges of her grin.

Alex activates the trap upon Eve's command and thrust both arms downward to begin the wire thread process. Though, he was only able to get at best 10% of the trap to move, it was still an impressive amount of wire threads to move in a crazy and complex way. Wire threads that stretch across the the small section of town begin to wrap around the cell tower in a web like structure at first with at least at few thousand of the wires threads rushing and wrapping around the Byakku's body. The wire threads in the middle spin inwards more and more and the wire threads start to cover ever single inch of the scared beast's body, not leaving a single area escaping from the touch of the wire threads. This process was incredible fast as well, as the wire threads are able to finish covering up the deity's body in a single second. The wire threads would also try to cut into the beast and essentially becoming its new skin, while using the powerful centripetal force of the trap's movement to give an boost to each individual wire thread's sharpness. From there, the wire threads begins to wrap over the the first layer of wire threads and repeated this process again and again with perfect precision. This step creates more and more pressure from each single wire thread touching the creature's body. When this step is complete, the creature look like it was on a giant spider web, with each end of the spider web expanding put wards and running into various locations of the town square, where the wires threads at the end are twisting at certain focal points throughout, which allow the overall wire threads of the entire structure to gain stability and even greater stress towards the trap creature. The trap is design to hold powerful prey with immense and continuous pressure, while allowing the wire threads to restrict all moment from every possible direction with enough pressure to make the pressure one would feel at the bottom of the ocean look like a joke in comparison.
