"Why should I do anything for you!?" Shi Kaze shrieked at Norio. "It's your fault my Kat is in danger! Maybe I'll distract it by feeding you to it piece by piece!" Her misty form rippled and simmered, clinging closer to Katsuo. "Kat, I felt its insides. It's... strange inside. I felt nothing that I could even hurt by doing that." Tendrils of worry scuttled across the floor as she whispered in his ear.

The weapons cut through the blurry images of the Shins, yet the ancient warrior will quickly realize that nothing his blade slashes was real. Immediately the gainan will recognize that the fading afterimages of his opponent's previous moments was combine with some strange technique, which allowed imprints of the young warrior's presence to attach themselves to the positions of his disappearing afterimages. Meanwhile, above the warrior's head, two cartwheels of spiraling blades strike downwards with perfect unison. Both Shins adjust their bodies to make their spinning slashes come down on a vertical angle. The speed of their rotations would make their swords appear to normal eyes as one singular spiraling object, almost as if two are striking with a sword design that resembles a hula hoop. Yet, their own bodies travel so fast, that they would no longer be trackable by regular human sight at this point. In reality, this optical illusion only occurs thanks to the fact that they both happen to be spinning their weapons much faster than even a helicopter's blades. As they approach the gainen, one Shin goes to assault the front of the face and the other aiming for the back of the head with their cartwheel of slashes.

Ancestral Warrior, for the first time in the whole fight, stood in a real fighting stance with both hands firmly closed over his weapon. Up until know he had used both hands, but never in a guard or in a real attack, just to parry and perform auxiliary movements to his offensive. Katsuo and Shin efforts and constant attacks managed to make the Gainen take this fight seriously, not to mention the added danger of projectiles being launched by Norio. Ancestral Warrior was on his element, if he could smile he would be smiling, even with the wounds, which were more serious that he let his enemies know, he was quite pleased with this battle, as he lived for the thrill of it.
-I commend thee f'r this eff'rt warri'rs, but ev'rything might not but reacheth and endeth, and thy endeth in anon. -
He spoke with confidence, knowing he would be able to able Shin’s attack, yet in his confidence he ignored something, or better put, his confidence was the cause of him ignoring an incoming attack. Gainen are strange life forms, as their whole body works as a single individual object, like a unicellular concept, unless their Concept requires some kind of division. They don’t have “senses” in the human way. Their whole bodies perceive the sensorial inputs and classify them. As they are based on humans, since humans are the ones who summon them, they usually follow human like correlations, their line of sight happens to be similar to humans and their other senses also emulate humanities own sensorial array.
Yet, certain Gainen, the combat ones usually, expand their senses through their bodies, to emulate the experience and instincts of a trained fighter. Like a weathered soldier who can feel the enemy’s gaze on his wrinkled skin, the Gainen can do the same. But as this is an emulation that depends on their whole bodies, instead of just being a something mental, damage done to the Gainen can potentially weaken or confuse this fabricated instinct. Thankfully for them this was what happened to Ancestral Warrior, which on his hubris, ignored the attacks of the opponents for considering them below him. Those injuries altered his perceptions of attacks coming low, and as he tried to jump away from the path of the Dual Shin attack he found out that his legs were immobilized, as a golden glow surrounded them, locking them to the ground. A crack of light moving through the ground had reached him and in the other end it was Norio Bushitora, with his palm on the ground and 7 charms surrounding his hand.
-Jimenryu Kinkusari!- (Ground Dragon Golden Chain/地面龍鎖)
The Old Inspector discharged most of his power on this spell, using the natural cracks in the ground to transfer the energy, hiding it from the Gainen’s sight. Norio didn’t know about the sensorial capabilities of Ancestral Warrior, he only aimed to manage a stealth attack on him, something he accomplished. –COME ON! KICK HIS ASS BACK TO HIS DIMENSION!- Norio was too tired to be well-mannered and barked the order to them while he used the rest of his concentration and focus to keep the Gainen, that was already resisting, locked to the ground. The Old Inspector wouldn’t last long, as each passing second his grew more visibly tired and pale, he wasn’t a very proficient Omnyo magician and this feat was draining his mana too fast, soon enough he wouldn’t be able to maintain the shackles.
Ancestral Warrior had to react without moving his legs. He sacrificed his right arm to block the attack from the back, stopping the blade inside his arm and with his left arm he blocked the onslaught coming from the front, filling the air with a spark storm from the consecutive slashes clashing against his Halberd. The Gainen was too busy with the two Shin’s to deal with anything else. If there was a time to attack it was this moment.
4 figures gathered behind Roshi Yasumori as he appeared in the HQ Main Hangar, the same place the guest had visited earlier. Dansei Kiken wearing his yukata and his lazy expression and no signs of Ji’tal around. A young kid dressed in a suit, with high boats, a stylish hat and a checkerboard pattern scarf. A short figure in what seemed to be a very angular suit of white and grey armor with a hexagonal pattern. His tall helmet covered the upper side of his blue skinned face and hid the top of his long and otherworldly straight blond hair. Finally closing the march there was a very tall woman, with dark red skin and shaggy wild hair reaching the back of her knees. Front her front surged a couple of large curved black horns. She was carrying a large Kanabo in her hands and her black and golden eyes shined with limitless excitement.
Roshi and the Omega Squad had arrived and were inbound to the Training Room.

The Shin in the front continues his relentless assault, while the other Shin at the gainen's back releases his grip on the handles of his caputured swords. Then without wasting anytime, he starts to spin his arms at the same time he manages to manifest a new set of swords to use. Before long he is already executing another fierce rotational series of slashes, yet this time with the blades coming at a horizontal direction as oppose to a vertically one, which the Shin in the front remains performing.

"Hm, if you feel it would be pointless, we should think of a different tactic. But right now is not the time for that." Katsuo rushed to armored creature's side, the side opposite of the one where its weapon was. Their enemy was at its weakest right now. Such an opportunity must not be squandered! He raised his sword above his head and then swung down with as much strength as his ki-imbued muscles could muster.

"My only tactic is keeping you alive!" Shi wailed as she rolled alongside him. He would have the best shot if the monster had something to think about that wasn't even an enemy. Shi burst forward and sliced across the ground in a huge crescent just to the side of the abomination. Hopefully she'd carve all the way though, or at least far enough the beast's weight would do the rest of the work, dropping on one side to unbalance it. Shi's dim, chaotic mind had something of an idea. A threat that wasn't an actual enemy should be more distracting than a warrior.

Shin storm of swords weakened the creature, his arm falling off, his body slashed almost to ribbons. Norio was sweating profusely, dripping on the floor under him as he barely managed to stay standing. He fell to his knee and with tired eyes glanced in his son’s direction, still recuperating. “Old man, you suck, can’t you keep that stupid magic crap long enough to be of use?” Norio heard the voice of Shin inside his head, remembering all the times his son strength and stubbornness had saved him from almost certain doom. The Old Inspector lifted himself with the wings of anger, remembering that the creature struggling to escape right now was the culprit of injuring his son.
Norio stood up determined, a golden spark shining behind his eyes, and he poured everything he had on the Restriction Spell. The golden energy peaked in brilliance and tightened up around Ancestral Warrior with such strength it cracked the Gainen armor. –You aren’t going anywhere! STAY PUT AND DIE LIKE THE MONSTER YOU ARE!- A spike of energy from Norio extended the paralysis to the whole body, making the creature stop on its tracks as Katsuo dealt his powerful slash. The blade of the Yakuza Swordsman pierced deep into Ancestral Warrior’s chest, creating a large rip across the torax, from side to side. The wound started on over the right shoulder and plunged deep, almost reaching the left side of the waist.
-At longeth lasteth, the sweet embrace of a warri'r's death! I shall returneth to mine own did abide and rest until the next war needeth to beest wag'd...-
Ancestral Warrior spoke as his body, bending like a falling tree, slowly opened the wound while his left shoulder and head drifted downwards. The creature’s body slowly turned into stone, as the <Ancestral Concept> died out first, affecting the physical form of the Gainen with the last reserves of its energy. Norio fell on the floor, supporting his weight on his knees and hands while throwing up his breakfast. The Old Inspector wasn’t looking good, he was bleeding from his nose and looked extremely pale, it was clear he surpassed his limits far beyond anything he had ever done. –Ugh…huf…huf…- He panted, trying to catch his breath, yet his lungs felt like they were filled with fire. An eerie aura surrounded the petrified monster.
Trying to pace himself he started talking. –I’ve never…huf… I’ve never….ugh.- He swallowed a new wave of vomit with a disgusting noise and continued talking between pants. –I’ve never fought something like this… It was… it was…- He turned around, falling flat on his back, sweat covering his whole body. The Gainen remains beat for a second. –It was something… something else…. It was too…ugh….too <Savage>.- The moment that word was spoken by him the sound of cracking stone echoed in the room as a detonation blasted apart the remnants of Ancestral Warrior into dust and a cloud of energy was released. The being flew straight towards Norio entering his body through every orifice of the Old Inspector’s head. Norio convulsed for some seconds, his limbs twisting and turning until he started spewing a deep humid fog.
A clacking sound surged from the obscured section of the Training Room. A strange pressure took over the surrounding area, like the feeling any pray has under the sight of a predator. Like a sixth sense that allows the prey to escape before the jaws of a meaner and bigger creature shut close their life. Jaws…. Opening and closing… that was the sinister sound from inside the fog. Jaws that belonged to the newcomer…. <Savage Warrior>. A shadow blitzed out of the mist running on all fours directly towards Katsuo. It was a strange creature, around 2 mts tall, with vaguely humanoid shape but lizard-like features. A large and sharp snout that ended with what strangely seemed a beak. Large red eyes shining with predatory instincts, sharp claws in hands and legs. A webbed fin on its upper back and bony spikes protruding from its forearms and legs. White markings on its chest and a loincloth gave the creature a “tribal” look.
Savage Warrior roared, a deafening and blood curdling shriek, as it jumped 2 mts away from Katsuo and aimed a drop kick to the middle of the Yakuza’s swordsman chest. Fast wasn’t enough to describe the creature, it was fiercely swift, the kind of speed a panther uses to hunt a gazelle, but magnified. To say it scrapped the sound barrier it would be an understatement, as the moment of the jump a sonic boom rocked the room and the Gainen shot his legs forward like a dented arrow. Where Ancestral was measured, technical and honor bound, Savage was wild, instinctive and bloodthirsty. They might have won the first battle, but a good warrior is in for the War.

The creature finally fell and Katsuo relaxed. He walked a few feet away from the creature's remains and sat down, placing Shi no Kaze beside himself. He proceeded with breathing exercises to calm the swirling chi inside while the others talked. But soon the talking stopped and was replaced by an explosion and fog. The swordsman grabbed Shi and jumped to his feet just in time to be rushed by a blur. Before he even realized what was happening, something slammed into his chest and sent him flying back. He could feel his ribs were broken even before his whole body was shaken by impacting a wall.
While he struggled to get back on his feet, he noticed that ground beneath him was stained by blood. The creature's clawed feet left gashes across his chest. What a misfortune. "I thought... We killed it... How did... That thing... Get stronger?"

Shi no Kaze cackled as she carved through the creature. Her giggling only calmed down after the Ancestral Warrior was stone. "Let's grind him down into a tombstone for himself!" She cackled. She whirled with glee, feeling sleepy with satisfaction. She just wanted to go back in her sheath and be calm for a while. Instead, she ended up yelping in surprise when the statue exploded. "I didn't do that!" She cried, before realizing just what was going on. She wailed in distress when she saw the gashes across Katsuo's chest. "NOOOOOOO!" Her voice could crack concrete while she rushed forward as a serpentine cloud. She tried to pummel the claw dripping with blood with her body, punishing it for that insult to Kat's perfect body.

Believing that they defeated the warrior, the young teen wipes his forehead and comments, "That wasn't so bad." Then without fail the situation went really bad, real quick. He remains frozen in shock from the sudden and violet transformation that takes place. It wasn't until Katsuo received a drop kick by the savage beast did he finally react. Both he and his clone hurry into their stances and prepare for round 2. As she no Kaze charges forward, the two Shins decide to rush together with her. As she went from the front, they went around in an attempt to flank the creature. On the left side, the warrior will face a low swings, with the aim to damage its legs. On the right will be a crossing swing slash to take off the beast's head, at least that it what the initial slash appears. As the blades cross paths in an x formation, he will quickly change the direction of the slash to a double downwards strike.

Shi’s attack was unsuccessful. Whatever changed on Warrior turned his skin into a thick scaly armor, which withstood her attack. His sharp reptilian snout opened revealing several overlapping rows of sharp teeth and a forked tongue. Savage Warrior let out a strange noise, like a high pitched gargle, a primitive war cry of sorts and attempted, without effect to bit on Shi’s spectral form. Savage Warrior was primal and powerful, but he wasn’t suited to fight spirits. The creature turned to face the incoming Shins, ready to destroy them with the same ferocity he used against Katsuo.
Somehow the creature picked the physical Shin out of the two and when he was attacked he grabbed the blades, one with each hand. Black blood dripped from his palms, sliding down his leathery skin. Once again he shrieked and without much ceremony he tried to lift up Shin from his blades and attempted to throw him towards the Spiritual Shin. Maybe on his primal mind knocking one against the other would turn them back to be one single entity, thus less effort. He might be simpleminded but he knows how to be efficient. He even ignored the attacks by the Spiritual Shin, who barely sliced the extremely hard skin with his attacks, not even drawing blood.
The transformation shook the entire HQ and Roshi knew it was bad news. He also lost his connection to Norio and that was even worse. Flanked by the Omega Squad, he rushed towards the training grounds. They were using a longer route as Ancestral Warrior had destroyed several hallways and it was too dangerous to forcibly remove the rubble while being inside a HQ several dozen stories underground.

As Shin is thrown against the other Shin, the result of them colliding did not cause them to fuse back together. Though it did result in some comedic size red bumps on the top of their heads. "Hey! Watch where your going!" yelled one of the Shins as he rubs his recent injury. "Me?! I'm not the one that was thrown like a baseball! replied the other Shin. Getting back on their feet, both of them stare at each with for a moment in annoyance, but quickly turn their attention back on their opponent as they continue to talk to each other in an effort to create a plan of attack. "So spirit attacks don't do much to him, and considering how mindless he is, I doubt even mental slashes will do much either." "We could always just keep attacking him until we can discover a weakness." "And how long do you think that will take?" "We'll probably end up being reincarnated before that happens." "Well, It was a fun life." "It was kinda short." "True." Both Shins smile momentarily before rushing towards their foe. Both Shins ready their blades to slash their opponent's limbs in an effort to at least slow down the savage warrior's movements.

Katsuo got up and tore off the upper part of his kimono, ripping it up into a makeshift bandage which he quickly wrapped around his chest while the beast was busy with the Shins. He focused all of his chi into his torso to stimulate healing and it would help protect him if his chest was the target of the creature again. However, it meant his was now only as fast and strong as he normally would be (with the slight boost Norio provided earlier).
"I do not know... if we can win. I am getting tired and this thing is stronger then before.I do not suppose you have any ideas, Shi?" The swordsman asked his blade while picking her up from the ground.

Shi was silent for a few seconds, gazing at Katsuo's chest in a way that would be downright disturbing if she was a visible entity. Her warm wind tickled him threateningly before she recovered and shook herself off. "I have one plan." She solemnly declared. "FLEE, KAT!" A misty hand tried to push Katsuo away from the beast, rippling body extending out towards the beast to surround it in blinding mist. She couldn't properly hurt it, so she had to settle for this.

Intelligence, tactics and common sense, those weren’t things Savage Warrior cared or knew about. It was a creature created for conflict, capable of causing catastrophic calamities on any careless character who challenged it. It was primal fury and strife, the kind of warrior that lacks ideals, higher causes or even wants, the only reason for their battle is their own survival, dictated by its primitive instincts. Savage Warrior senses were honed to the highest level, same could be said of his physical attributes, quite a powerhouse but one with a limited arsenal. The creature shrieked as the Shins attacked it, using his unnatural reflexes to avoid most of the bladed offensive with surprising ease.
Yet some of the blows reached his tough scaly hide, which withstood most of the attacks. Surely a mundane human would lose his arm upon receiving such attacks, but to Savage Warrior the extremely sharp blades the Mizukara Duo wielded were more like brushes, that painted thin red lines on the surface of its being. The Gainen ignored the pain, or maybe was beyond it, and rushed through the mists created by Shi with both hands extending so fast a deafening boom followed the clawed fingertips that tried to close around the Shins heads so he could rush forward with both of them and crash them against a wall. Savage Warrior wouldn’t be able to grab onto Spirit Shin, as his skill set didn’t allow it.
In less than 1 minute the Omega Squad would arrive, they had to move on foot as Ancestral Warrior shut down several of the lifts and teleporters, not to mention the hallways half-collapsed he left on his warpath towards the training room.

The gainen's movements are far too fast for either Shin to properly response against, without much delay, they soon find themselves smashing against a solid wall. The force of the collusion causes them to not only drop their weapons, but to also lose consciousness for a few moments. During that brief timeframe, the hyperactive warrior opens his eyes in a different scene altogether. When his eyelids slowly separate, his vision contains nothing but a beautiful clear sky above. Meanwhile, his body's sensation informs him that he is currently inside a large body of water, and he is slowly descending further and further Yet, rather than freak out about drowning, the lad simply allows the oceans to pull him under. As he submerges under the waves, he could see an image of an old man standing barefoot on the surface of the water. The elderly man watching him from above with a look of indifference. His attire consists of aworn-out white robes and a wooden medallion attach to a simple rope around his neck. His hairstyle is mostly bald save for a small patch of hair in the back, which formulates into a short ponytail that reaches the back of his neck. He is too daze to be able to process the old man's face, but something about him seem familiar...He takes in more and more water, eventually drowning and slowly entering a world of darkness.
He couldn't see anything due to a massive claw like hand covering his face, but he could feel savage's mighty hand covering his face. A second later he could taste his own blood covering his mouth and dripping quickly onto his neck and uniform. -This doesn't feel too great- Without being able to see, he tries his best to muster up his remaining strength to summon a new pair of blades, but he couldn't. Without his swords, he ends up using what is left available to him in this situation. He starts to strike at the beast's writs with short hammer fists in an attempt to weaken its grip, yet that is not the only thing he tries. Ignoring the amount of blood he is swallowing, he desperately uses his teeth and bits down on the expose skin of the gainen with as much force as the muscles in his face could apply.

"Flee... To do so now would be disgraceful. If I were to leave my allies, even if they are temporary, I would have n honor and my goals would forever remain out of my reach." Clutching Shi, Katsuo charged towards the monster with steely determination in his eyes. Compared to its speed, he was surely equivalent to a snail. But if he could distract it enough for Shin to get out, maybe they could both find a way to flee.
He aimed a slash at the back of the creature's legs, where the achille's tendon should be. Then he would perform an upward slash at its arm so he could transition into a block if it released Shin to deal with him. Of course, to block he would first have to even notice its movements.

Shi made a long, whining sigh. She wouldn't let her Kat get killed defending these lowly creatures! Her mist rushed under the beast and curled into a growing pool. There was a low rumble as pressure built. The moment the thing paid any attention to Katsuo, she became a geyser of steam, erupting from underneath with all the force she could muster to slam the thing into the ceiling. She didn't expect to harm it, but she could hopefully keep it off its feet.

Savage Warrior was a creature without subtlety. He was a hunter, he attacked his prey and blocked everything else, single-mindedly aiming to putting it down. This predatory mentality made him a fearsome foe to be facing, but a sloppy one. The Gainen used all his limited reason and focus to aim directly at the Shins, ignoring Katsuo, believing that his first attack was enough to put him out of commission. Being savage is great for fighting, but not for properly gauging humanities greatest weapon, the reason they are atop the food chain in a world filled with stronger and fiercer creatures. The ability to conquer their own instincts, the power to determine their next step free from the shackles of intuitive reactions and reflexes, which was something this iteration of Warrior lacked, and Katsuo seemed to have in spades.
The overextended muscle of his leg was an easy target for Katsuo’s attack. Savage Warrior was too busy preparing the killing blow on Shin, whose feeble attempts at resistance were getting the attention of the creature, who seemingly was delighting on fighting with its prey. Shi pierced deeply into Savage Warrior’s leg. As discussed earlier the Gainen lack a proper set of inner organs, or anything resembling to human biology, they are more like statues. But there was something different this time around, as Warrior is a being of pure concept, created by humanity’s ideas and imagination, it was susceptible to the Yakuza Swordsman’s last ditch effort, as it was an attack aimed to a particular part of a body, with a particular intent, to reduce the creature mobility. Maybe it was Katsuo’s determination, or the magical nature of Shi, but the end result was the same.
-WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY-
Savage Warrior arched its back and shrieked in pain as black, blood-like, fluid poured out the open wound. The creature released his grip on Shin as it turned around, aiming a spinning backhand directly towards the Yakuza Blademaster’s head. At this moment Shi’s counter started, sending the Gainen blasting directly to the roof, imbedding itself into the concrete, the bony protrusions on its body piercing through it and withstanding the creature weight. If both of his legs were in perfect shape Savage Warrior would just shrugged off the blast, but with one injured he couldn’t grasp the floor with its claws using the amount of strength required to ignore the blast. Yet as good of a victory as Katsuo and Shi’s offensive was, it didn’t seem to affect the monster enough. At least not in a negative way, as his bloodshot eyes looking from above and rippling muscles, not to mention his horrible opened fangs, gave out a clear message.
Savage Warrior was furious.

Shi was surprised to find substance where before there was only emptiness. She tasted actual blood now, even as bitter and overdosed with iron as it was. It just made her angrier, fueling the burst of mist that carried the beast to the ceiling. She felt herself infiltrating the cracks he made with the beast's body and prepared her next strike. She saw the beast clinging, glaring down at her dear Kat. She knew it would drop any second. She might as well speed its journey down.
"KAT! GET BACK! I'M DOING THE THING FROM THE PRISON!" The mist infiltrating the cracks, having wormed deeper, expanded rapidly, prying chunks of concrete loose. She hoped to break the creature's grip and bury him under the floor above them. And hopefully unlike last time, not collapse the entire building. This place had to be built sturdier than some centuries old tunnel.
