Eve stared for a moment, then snorted. "Oh, come on. Don't tell me it's your first times seeing one, Fumi? Come on Falken, Garo. You guys have dicks, a few more are not going to hurt you." Her cheerful tone hid her shock at the strangeness before her, although the content of the room actually was a relief. Her signal came up dead as she tried to contact Huntsman. They were alone for now. "Okay, I say we go in. Alex, do something to keep the door open. If it moves, tell us. We're sticking together in here. Don't touch anything, especially the water." She crept just a little into the room, observing the men. Were they real? Would they react? "Hello, gentlemen." She announced to one tub, testing the waters.
John gave Callis a thumbs up. "Light source coming right up." He extended his hand and a blue flame ignited in his palm. He used the flickering blue light to find his flashlight and turned it on, flooding the hallway with light. He snuffed the flame to conserve energy. Even having been recharged last night, he couldn't do that all day. Curious, he sniffed the air, hoping to pick something up with his superior sense of smell that Jose couldn't find with his senses.

The pitch black hallway caused both Alex and Mizuki to pause when they entered the portal, the two of them electing to stand near the walls in case someone decided to activate a trap planned for them. The slight glow of the portal managed to give them at least some light to see their surroundings with...but it wasn't much. Luckily, John had thought to bring a flashlight with him, a fact that was convenient for Alex as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small metal flashlight that was only a few inches in length, pressing the button on top and flooding the hallway with even more light. "I have plenty of battery left in here, so don't be concerned with mine." Alex states bluntly, knowing that there is easily over 20 hours left of light in this battery.
As the group walked forward, Alex stops as they arrive at the break in the hallway. Shining his light down both ends, Alex turns back toward Jose and Callis. "Can either of you see or sense what is down either of these hallways?" He asks, beginning to contemplate the idea of splitting up to cover more ground in this place.

"I, um..." Victor raised his hand, as if he were in class. "I have enhanced senses, when I have the armor on." Everyone looking at him made him uncomfortable. He cleared his voice. "Also, Tigerbot can't get lost... I mean, *I* can lose track of him, but he... knows, he navigates..." His voice trailed off. He wiped a drop of sweat from his face. "Anyway, it isn't like he would know what lies ahead, more like he could get back, provided nothing has killed him... Um... What I mean is, what if we had only found one path? We wouldn't stop here to consider whether to go on. It's... It's not like we have somewhere to be, people, we just want to enter this place and find out what's inside... So any path is as good as the other, let's stick together and go on on, let's say, that one. Oh wait! I haven't used my senses yet. Look, I'll... use my senses, see if I... well, "sense" anything, and then we quickly continue on what we think is the best road, okay?"
They weren't completely listening to him at this point, but Victor hurried forward to the bifurcation, crouched, put one hand in the ground and the other on the wall and closed his eyes, focusing on his other senses.

Jose begins to examine the space ahead of him with his KI senses. Using any terra senses seems to be pointless within this space, plus he didn't have much talent when it comes to interacting with metal via powers. He slowly walks towards the break of the hallway, and begins to look in both directions trying to pick up on anything. After a while he says to the group, "We may have to separate at this rate..." He turns towards Victor and asks, "Do you have some kinda special connection with the...tigerbot-" He still couldn't believe that such a thing exists, but again anything is possible in the world."-that goes beyond a physical bond?"
Wondering what is causing everyone's reaction, he turns his head to see what they are seeing. Alex looks at the scene in front of him. His smile slowly goes away. His excitement has been transform into disappointment. Upon hearing Eve's intersections, he starts to look around as he tries to figure out how he is going to be able to keep the door open with them inside. He looks at another door, which is on an interesting angle from the door he is standing in front of and figures this is the best he could do.
Using a few wire threads to warp around the door knob of the door, he then creates a small throwing knife out of the same wire threads, which are wrapped around the door knob. Then, he quickly throws the small knife with one smooth hand motion and it penetrates the door on a diagonal. Satisfied that the angles are proper, he turns around and begin to head inside the door.

Every men in earshot of Eve’s salute replied with at the same time. –Irasshai, Irasshai!- They stood up with perfect synchrony. It wasn’t noticeable before, but now it was quite clear. All of them were the same man, all of them with towels wrapped around their waist. They looked the same, same short black hair, same squinting face, same vacant smile, but at different ages. None of them moved outside the pools of water, knee deep on them. –Welcome, Welcome… be welcome to the Bathhouse-rasshai.- Everyone bowed at the same time. –What can we do for you today-rasshai?- They stood up and slanted their heads in a 45 degree angle. Apart from acting all at the same time there was something else eerie and offputting about them, as if something wasn’t quite right.
Falken looked at the scene with the most shocked face on his life. He had seen many weird things on his life but this took the cake. He was utterly speechlees. Garo wasn’t much better, but for totally different reasons. A spark of recognition crossed his face as soon as he saw the men in the baths and he slowly walked towards Eve, almost as if he was stepping on eggshells while trying not to break them. With his calloused hand, without breaking eye contact with them he grabbed Eve’s elbow and whispered. –Don’t move Harper-san… Don’t turn around keep watching them.- His whispers could reach the others as well.
-Nobody break eye contact with them, don’t let them out of your sight.- The seriousness on his voice, each word as sharp as a blade, was clear evidence he knew something about this. –I’ve seen these men…. No… these things before.- The Old Archer knew about them from the JHWAB Files. Years ago, before the JHWAB even took seriously an alien threat a being on overwhelming power and hunger for conquest came to Earth. The only reason they won was because a young agent found the weapon of the warrior chasing the creature. That man was Dansei Kiken, current Head of the Extraterrestrial Investigations branch of the JHWAB Intelligence Branch.
-It happened a long time ago, a creature fell to Earth and took over a body, duplicating it to fit its needs, creating an army that threatened to destroy the planet.- Garo whispered as he pulled Eve back, he was also stepping back with her. –We barely managed to defeat it… this man is the same that creature took…- The men from the baths slowly slithered up, they didn’t have feet, their legs extended like intertwined tendrils and the started to move forward. – They only seek to control or destroy other species turning them into part of their single mind. –It can't live without humidity... Don’t let them touch your ski-UGH!- A hand grabbed Garo, coming out from a bathtub behind the door and launched him away from the doorway. The Archer released his grip from Eve so he wouldn’t carry her with him.
-HOLY SHIT!- Falken shouted as he started opening fire on the nearest creatures, that slowly moved towards them. The burning shrapnel dig deep on the creatures’ flesh, which melted away like wax, emitting a sulfurous stench. Garo, who managed to alter his trajectory mid-air, avoided landing on one of the pools, gracefully breaking his fall and standing up in a thin wall separating two large bathtubs. Around him more of the creatures woke up from their slumber and moved on his direction. At least 3 dozen of them were slithering over the mosaicked floor, like snakes, towards the others, their arms hanging lifelessly.
Seemingly they were alike to the lights the deep sea fish used to lure their bait, just that in this case the decoys looked human-like.
Both roads ahead had the same feeling of emptiness coming from them, as if a very large space was at the end of both hallways. There wasn’t any sounds coming from those directions, but those with enhanced sense of smell could also notice wood and metal at the end of both sides. –I cannot sense any enemy…. Or any kind of life, none at all.- Callis voice was almost a whisper, as if the emptiness around them could choke the sounds as soon as they came out from his mouth. The Beast Knight advanced up to the fork in the road and looked around, his steps echoing against the walls, both hallways seemed to fuse with the shadows ahead.
There was no scent coming from either place apart from the wood and metal. But now, while standing in the crossroad he could hear something, surely Victor was also perceiving it, there was a very faint noise of scrapping, as if two elements were slowly moving in opposite directions while making contact, as a ship breaking through ice. Not very loud, surely imperceptible to human senses from where he was standing. Callis turned around glancing at the group. –So, what is our next step? Do we take the right or the left?- He made a small pause and then added. –Or shall we split our group into two and explore both corridors?- As always if he had to lead he always tried to get the opinions of the other members of the party.

Fumi couldn't voice her confusion and unsettling feelings like the others. Thankfully, they all seemed to be doing a good job of voicing it for her with their many curses and dumbfounded expressions. Being the smallest of the group, Fumi was more or less hidden behind all the rest and she eyed the two baths nearest to her with immense discomfort; on top of the men being naked, she visibly jumped when they all stood up in unison. This was weird, this was weirder than any place she'd ever been and anyone she'd ever seen...and also the most interesting! First, she'd been scared, but the sheer bizarreness of the entire situation was way more thrilling than any job she'd taken before.
They seemed...nice? That was, until they began to literally slither up. Fumi had been distracted in an uncomfortable staring contest with the one nearest to her, pretty much ignoring the series of events that led up to whatever this thing was and immediately she squealed when chaos broke loose.
The loud gunshots made her cover her ears, the small space echoed painfully and she immediately began to back up. Fumi's fight of flight always kicked in during times of danger and she more than specialized in flight. Similarly to Garo, she felt her arm unwittingly grabbed and immediately forced the member to disperse into smoke as she closed back close to the group, reforming her once missing limb while she hopped from foot to foot with impatient worry. More than anything she wanted to make her way to the door, which would have been plenty easy on her own, but she worried about the rest of the group.

"Well what the hell is it doing he- HEY!" Eve's question was interrupted by the monster grabbing Garo away. Her eyes narrowed and she pointed to Alex. "You keep that door open. Try not to lop off too many limbs. I think he can pull starfish shit." She grabbed Fumi's arm. "Provide support for Alex. So long as your smoke is dry, you could slow them down." She opened her left arm, revealing her giant stungun, and ran to Falken's side. "Falken, use that ice gun of yours. Clear everything between us and Garo." The ice ray should also pull water out of the air to form its ice. She swung her stungun arm for the head of one, aiming to release a charge like a lightening bolt.
John rubbed his nose and shook his head. "Split up? I'd rather not. Not on unfamiliar ground." He fruitlessly waved his flashlight down each hallway, but the light didn't reach as far as his nose could. "I think there's a door at each end, so we should just check each in turn." He suggested, venturing just a little down the left hallway.

Victor's nervous ramblings made Alex think that the kid was hiding much more than he let on...but that issue would have to wait for now. As he saw John start walking toward the left hallway, the turns toward the right one. "We have no way of knowing the correct door, so we should try both at once. I'll look down this hallway, anyone is free to follow. Mizuki, stay with this group and report any findings to me." Alex instructed, beginning to walk down the right hallway toward the door. It was a simple matter of portaling back to the other hallway if this turned out to be a dead end, so there was no harm in seeing what's behind the other door.
Nodding her head, Mizuki looked over to Jose with an expressionless face, motioning toward the right hallway. "...it would be wise if you went with him. Callis can be our navigator, while your earth sensing could assist him more." Not waiting for a response, Mizuki turned and began to follow John, looking down at the floor to try and spot any signs of a trap.

"No way, Jose." Every time Victor met someone named Jose, he awaited anxiously to make that lame joke at the first opportunity. He usually didn't stay friends with Joses for long. "Well, actually, yeah, there's a bond, but it's so much stronger on his side. He can let me know what he's feeling or thinking, if he's arouns, and he can find ME wherever I am, and knows if I'm feeling down... Once he brought me chocolates... Anyway I certainly CAN'T sense what he's going through, unless he's near and he wants me to. So what did you have in... mind... Wait! What are you doing! Maaan!" Victor was really frustrated at seeing Alex go.
He sighed.
"Well, that settles it. I'm going right, I don't think we should split up, and for the love of God just come with us to the right side, OK? We can go back later if we want to." He followed Alex and mumbled a bit more. "I mean, what if the next thing is the road diverging into four paths, do we divide again?..."

Noticing Victor's frustration, Jose offers a bit of advice to the young lad before walking after Alex, "Don't lose your cool during a mission. Also, don't become a comedian." he said with a small smile. As he follows behind Alex, he continues to use his earth senses to see if he can detect anything up ahead. He doesn't bother to communicate with Alex during this brief walk together for two reasons. One, he is dedicating his full attention to his earth senses. Two, he doesn't really care to start conversations.
Alex prepares his wire threads to cut down any unwanted tentacle touch, though he tries not to go too crazy with the limb cutting, as he first wants to see what will happen when he removes a limb from the host. As he does so, he slowly walks backwards to the door, as he keeps his eyes on his opponent in front of him. He didn't seem to crazy about the safety of Garo, but that is mostly because he has faith the old man and the Eve. In the meantime, he is going to enjoy slicing up a monster.

-FUCK!- The young man in tatters rushed through the trees, jumping over fallen trunks or sliding under them. The fetid stench of Jurassic halitosis behind him was a clear indication of how close the fangs of the T-Rex were. –FUCK WHERE IS TH FUCKIN’ DOOR!!!- He roared while jumping against a tree and using it as a point from where to jump higher. Behind him the sound of wood being splintered echoed around, as the sharp teeth of the prehistoric king of the lizards closed around it, sending bark flying like shrapnel. The young man jumped over a large boulder, taking a moment to look around while the T-Rex mouth was stuck on the tree. His glared around, surely looking for the door he was searching for. But as he did he stopped, almost as if he heard something.
His eyes bolted towards his closed hand and narrowed into angry slits. –WHAT!? WHY THE FUCK DIDN’T YA TELL ME EARLIER!?- He shouted as if he was talking to somebody, but nobody was near him. –SO YA BASTARD! WHERE THE FUCK IS IT?- The young man kept shouting as he looked around, finally he looked at the direction he just came running from, just behind the T-Rex, that was finally getting its jaw out of the tree there was a white door with a golden doorknob. –YA GOT TO BE FUCKIN’ KIDDIN’ ME!- He inhaled locking his eyes with the creature in front of him and without a speck of hesitation he rushed forward. As the maws of the T-Rex grew closer he speed up and at the final possible moment he launched himself, sliding on the muddy ground to avoid the fangs closing in, while he grabbed a piece of wood that feel from the tree the dinosaur destroyed.
-FUCK YOU OVERGROWN FUCKIN' LIZARD!- That was Gen Shishioh’s battlecry as he plunged the sharp wooden shard with all his mighty directly on the creature abdomen and kept sliding for a moment before standing up running towards the door.
How many times have been so far? The old man asked to himself as he looked at his hands. He could remember the day that all went down, so many years ago. Regret was the only thing he had… Regret was the only thing this world had in store, not because of just his own regrets… better put, the only emotion in this world was regret, and the only one who could still feel that was him. Everybody forgot how to feel, that day, so long ago… That day….
When the Earth Stood Still.
The tendrils closing in around Fumi stopped dead on their tracks and backed off, as the one who caught her before she could escape lost its arm, up to the elbow, as it dried off. With a disgusting wet sound a new one sprouted from the stump, covered in some slime. Seemingly Eve was on the right track, as Fumi’s smoke, being so dry, damaged the creature. They would be wary of Fumi after this, not engaging directly and trying to surround her.
-Aye Bloody Aye Captain.- Falken mockingly gave Eve a military-style salute as he followed her instructions, summoning his Hino Freeze Ray out of his rented pocket dimension and shoot a stream of energy that killed the activity on an atomic level, insta freezing an uneven wall directed to Garo. Any bathtub in contact with the structure was frozen solid, causing the tendrils coming out from them to break off and splash over it like fishes out of water. –I’m Bloody A-Mei-Zing Bitches!-
-Got you covered sweet cheeks, get old man waterfall and let’s bloody bounce.- As he said that another of the tendrils tried to attack him from the left side. Without even looking Falken placed the shotgun over his shoulder, behind his head, only wielding it with his right hand and shot, blowing the creature face off. The tendril diverted its course and crashed against one of the low walls breaking them. Garo looked at the situation from afar while he picked out targets with his bow. As soon as the ice bridge was built he started to precariously move through it towards them.
While this happened a trio of tendrils tried to attack Alex, to block him from going out. His experiment proved to have similar results to the exposure to dry substances, as the creature he maimed regrew his arm in matter of moments. The ones attacking Alex were moving in different angles, one coming directly from above, one in a sweeping motion from below and the third was spiraling around him, stretching its grotesque tail behind it, ready to pounce on the Master of Wires’ left flank.
Callis followed the group, his enhanced senses allowing him to see further than the rest. –I see the end of the hallway, I can only see… white walls?- The Beast Knight suddenly lost his balance, as his eyes couldn’t focus on what he was seeing, as if the depth of field was moving like an erratic pendulum, trying, to no avail, to fix itself to the proper trajectory. Callis fell to the side, leaning against the jet black wall. His vision was blurry and he could feel his breakfast trying to escape his stomach, but he kept it in by sheer force of will and tried to get away from the wall, pushing with his hand. That’s when he felt it.
Surely Jose would’ve also detected it, possibly earlier than him, but the Beast Knight reaction time was marginally better and he shouted. –RUN!- As he pointed behind him. The first hallway was getting closed up, as if the wall moved towards them, steadily shortening the length of the hallway, pushing everybody towards the white room in the other end. Callis was feeling the dizziness caused by the alterations on his perception like a hammer hitting his eyes and ears, but through grit and desperation he pushed through the pain running towards the white room, hoping the others would follow.

Fumi almost immediately recoiled when Eve had reached to drag her, it was only through quick reflex that she didn't completely disperse; her missing fingertips quickly reappeared through faint tendrils.
Wiping her brow, the heat of the sauna like room making her not only hot, but very frizzy, Fumi nodded and quickly made her way to Alex while keeping as wary and far away from the monstrous creatures, as they did her; it did give her a small sense of confidence that they seemed to attempt to avoid her.
Through the mayhem that ensued after Eve's confident orders, Fumi covered her ears as the small, reflective space filled with the sounds and smells of abundant firearms. Slurching limbs hitting the ground, the splash of water as the creatures immersed themselves around her group, the whistle of air being cut by arrows, this was more hectic than any heist she'd ever pulled! When she made her way to Alex, Fumi saw the sudden predicament the creatures had given to Alex and she couldn't voice a warning! Fumi sucked in a deep breath, filling her small, but conditioned lungs with as much moist air as she could and her arms promptly disappeared from just beneath the shoulder. Gathering from what had happened earlier and how the creatures seemed to react to anything dryer than their steamy, wet habitat, which now made much more sense than beforehand.
With the smoky forms of her arms, Fumi forced the black tendrils through the air and aimed them towards the two nearest creatures between her and Alex, her goal being to somehow distract them or injure them just enough to give him time to either actually take care of them, or make his escape from the pincer maneuver. It was hard to do all this while moving, but thankfully she'd trained for this plenty of times before, but the heavy heat of the air didn't make for the best breath and she could feel her limited oxygen already beginning to reach its limit. She didn't have much time to do this and get her arms back!

Eve didn't like the chill that came with the ice ray much more than the monsters. She shuffled away from Falken and scanned the mob for a good shot. When she saw a clear path to the wall Garo was clambering upon, she fired the grappling hook in her chest. It sailed over the heads of the clones and dug its prongs into the ice. "Garo! The rope's a lot less slippery than ice!" She yelled, indicating he should run across the thick cord to her. She swung her electric weapon at anything that came close, but was aware that she couldn't keep it up for long. This wasn't a fight they could win and they needed to be out of the door as soon as they had Garo.
John stepped to Callis' side when the feline man fell against the wall. "Hey, are you okay?" He asked, attempting to help Callis up. He startled when Callis yelled, looking back to see the moving wall with surprise. He followed Callis' advice and spread his wings again, flying swiftly down the hallway. He looked back to make sure nobody was falling behind, although he knew there was little he could do to help anyway.

The sudden shifting of the walls made Alex stop in his tracks, turning back and sprinting toward the hallway where Callis and the others were going down, noticing the Beast Knight's predicament. "Mizuki, take his right side!" Alex called out to his subordinate, who nods her head as they pull Callis off the wall and each put their hands under his arms, lifting him up off the ground and taking off toward the white room. The changing depth perception was jarring for the both of them, Mizuki electing to close her eyes for a few seconds at a time while running, while Alex instead looked toward the floor, trying to keep as much of the disorienting effecting off him as possible. "John, scout ahead!" He shouts, knowing that the incubus had the ability to fly faster than they could run with Callis being carried along.

Alex studies the tendrils's regeneration properties with a smile. The idea that he could something forever was a dream, but he would't be able to enjoy the dream for long at the rate. Still, if the creature has an amazing healing factor, then he would resort to a weapon that can deal irreversible damage. At least, so long as the monster he is dealing with is recovering under its own power, and not of another's. Carefully he unleashes his wire threads to expand and spiral in a massive motion all around him. However, it was not to cut the tendrils, but instead to wrap them all together into one massive bundle. With the creature's appendages held tightly together, the ghoulish man proceeds to pull out his legendary weapon, the Colt, and fires a round at the tendrils wrapped closely together. The angle of his fire would destroy the creature's limbs, and thanks to the anti-healing properties of the bullet, he hopes to prevent the usefulness of these appendages as he makes his retreat to the door.
The earth shaker couldn't move for a second as the world begins to change around him. It was thanks to his supernatural senses and Callis' words that eventually got his body moving as he follows the others at the rear. He makes sure that no one falls behind as he keeps track of everyone via his Ki senses, all the while he could no longer keep his eyes open as the sight of the strange shift of the world would disorient him too much. So, as he makes sure no one is left behind, he also requires the frontrunners in order to know the way to move.

Fumi’s efforts were quite successful, managing to divert the tendrils attacking, which escaped upon noticing the dry spot created by the Smoky Bandit. The creatures became entangled with the ones facing Alexander. Her actions empowered the Grotesque Hunter strategy as instead of grabbing just one; he caught 3 of the creatures with his snare wires. The alien monsters looked at him with empty eyes while repeating. –Rasshai Rasshai Rasshai Rasshai Rasshai- Until their cacophony of inhuman voices was silenced by a single shot of the Colt. At first it seemed that the bullet didn’t affect the creature, as the bullet hole started regenerating, but suddenly the abomination started squirming and the hole that was almost closed slowly, yet steadily started to harden.
The skin of the whole creature suffered the same effect, as if the anti-healing properties of the Colt bullet were getting transmitted through the whole body. This was easy to explain, as all this creatures had a higher amount of water in their bodies than a human and their bodies were meant to extend and change, making their physical composition extremely fluid, making whatever effect the Colt possessed to reach to many places of their bodies. The second part of this vulnerability was hidden on the way they took over bodies. It altered the human bodies to fit its parasitic needs. It drew power from water, constantly regenerating the bodies that were now strained by being extended. The main “power” of the creature, became its weakness facing the dreadful Colt.
In matter of seconds the tendril turned into stone and split off from the base hidden under the water, falling into the ground and turning into grey sand. The base flailed weakly, like a stump arm, before drying up and perishing. The rest of the Tendrils trapped inside Alexander’s started struggling to escape the wires, causing massive cuts over their wet and slimy bodies, but they weren’t strong enough to escape. As this unfolded near the door, Garo fought a losing battle to keep his balance on the jagged ice wall created by Falken. The Old Archer would’ve used one of his Wind Walk charms but the air was too stagnant and humid, there was no wind, not even a timid gust. Garo looked down seeing how the ice was starting to melt under such adverse conditions and his mind wandered into memories of happier days with his wife and son.
Thankfully he was disciplined enough to avoid losing himself in the bright past and losing sight of the dangerous present situation. He heard Eve’s voice over all the creatures and his keen eyes focused on the wire. Not waiting to see if it held his weight the Archer jumped from the ice wall avoiding for a split second two tendrils attacking him, he was trusting on his boss strength. –Just keep the line tight!- He shouted mid-air, about to land, yet as he was almost there another Tendril managed to tangle his leg. Falken was busy freezing every incoming tendril towards Eve, so she could keep the line tight, so he couldn’t help the Archer (Not that he would want to). So Garo had to react on his own. With fresh memories of his ex-wife on his head he pulled out his combat knife and with dexterity he spun it around his fingers at high speeds.
This was just a very simplified version of a move from the Kodachi Fencing School his ex-wife inherited. The real technique used highly trained fingers to spin the blade in a recurring pattern at high speeds, creating an optical illusion of having a circle of metal on one’s hand. Garo’s version was just a pale imitation, but it did the trick, slashing the tendril twice and letting the Archer off the deadly and slimy grip. But now he was out of alignment with the line shot by Eve. The Old Archer quick reflexes saved him again, as he extended his arm and with the tip of his calloused fingers he grasped the wire as if it was his own life. Through grit and grip he closed his hand and swung around, still hoping for Eve to withstand it, and got over the wire, running towards the others while taking shots to anything that came near them. –Starting moving out! We can't afford to stay any longer- He shouted as he was about to reach Eve and Falken location.
In front of the whole group led by Callis there was a vast, seemingly infinite, white void. It expanded further than anybody could even think possible, coiling and turning before their eyes as if invisible currents of water dictated the shape of this immense location. And in said void an infinite number of doors, of all shapes, sizes, materials and colors, were floating aimlessly, moving extremely slow, almost as if they were submerged in water. Red wooden doors, black metallic doors, circular doors, high tech, low tech, every type imaginable floating around them, as the hallway behind them closed up, swallowed by the white void around them. The sheer magnitude of the scene was more than enough to leave anybody speechless .
And that’s how we find Callis Nomene, Knight of the Kingdom of Via, member of the BHA Yatagarasu Branch. But his surprise isn’t just because of the amazing sight he and the others were witnessing. His face was the face of a man who recognizes something, as if he saw it before. The Beast Knight takes a couple of weak steps forward, his blue eyes shining with a spark of emotion. –This place… I know this place…- He whispered, maybe still confused by his senses still getting used to the strange dimensions in this place, but deep down he knows. He saw this place before… Right after he vanished from Centris… He was here before… But he couldn’t remember his memory was cloudy but each moment that passed more was coming back to him, as if he had been asleep for a long time and just now he was starting to wake up.
For a moment he thought he had it, that he remembered it, but a sound got his attention. One of the doors over them (Or maybe to the right) rattled. The Beast Knight turned around to face the door, summoning two Notio Gladius and shouting to the others. –EVERYBODY ON GUARD!- The door opened and from it a young man completely covered in ragged clothing, scraps of what used to be a black suit, crossed the threshold rolling on the indistinguishable ground. Some of the people present knew him, or at least had seen him once. It was Gen Shishioh, but a bit older than last time he was on this Earth, with a sturdier build and more scars than anybody could count. He kept rolling, the door still open behind him. The Hot-blooded Boxer stopped and stood up in a rush. Checking his arms and legs, as if he was worried of possible wounds, palming then frenetically with his hands until he was satisfied.
Callis was speechless as Gen double fist pumped and roared in triumph. –FUCK YEAH! IMMA FUCKIN’ ALIVE!- He kept fist pumping and dancing with joy, quite awkwardly until in one of his spins he saw the group and stopped, blush visible even under the coats of dry blood and mud over his face. –Wait a fuckin’ minute… who’re ya? - He glanced at the whole team finally stopping at Callis. -Hey! Don't I fuckin' know…- He pointed at the Beast Knight recognizing him from that time in Romania but he stopped midway when a powerful growl came out from inside the door, echoing in the vast white void. He opened his eyes to their maximum and turned around, muttering a curse as he ran towards the open door. –FUCK! FUCK! FUCK! I FUCKIN’ FORGOT THE FUCKIN’ DOOR!- Gen tried to close the door, but he wasn’t fast enough, as the snout of the T-Rex pushed through launching him backwards into the air, directly towards Alex and Mizuki’s location.
The dinosaur squeezed through the door, as if the space around it distorted to allow passage to the might beast, seemingly the doors could let anything alive pass through them, no matter the size. In front of the group a massive prehistorical creature roared, focusing on the only thing nearby it… The group, charging at them with its sharp teeth glistening with saliva.

As he watched the creature's petrification process and the monster struggles to break free, a twisted smiles spreads over the hunter's face. He cuts off the wire threads that are currently holding the tendrils of the creature in place as he proceeds to the door. As he covers the door, he begins counting in his head, -1...2...3...4...- He slowly pulls off his Colt, this time aiming for the center of the creature's body. Once the fifth second passes, he fires another round towards the Alien's chest. Thanks to the previous shot successfully hitting the monster, the second round was going to carry twice the impact as the first one.

As soon as he heard Callis' warning, Jose readies himself into a stance as he prepares to fight off whatever was going to come out of the door. But his mind, which was prepared to fight against almost anything, was not ready for who emerged from the door. For a few seconds, he was unsure of the newcomer, but he did seem a bit familiar. After studying the man for a bit more an image of a slightly younger looking fellow pops into his head. "No...It can't be...," he whispered to himself. The last person he expected to see was Reiji's student. At first his face is a blank stare as he couldn't believe it. He begins to wonder if the the change in reality allowed him to see specters, or the past. Yet, before he could question the man as an illusion, a dinosaur went through the door next. -Alright, this is more my speed- He quickly charges towards the dinosaur head first as he charges Ki energy into the balls of his feet. In his mind, the creature will try to sweep its mouth down to eat him, but before then he will jump over its head with a boosted jump and from there...he begins to also charge some Ki into his right fist for the second step of his simple plan.

Garo didn’t have to tell Fumi twice to get the hell out; naturally, her fight or flight instincts immediately kicked into flight and like the wisp of smoke being so quickly blew away by a stray breeze, Fumi dispersed her entire form into plumes that went in multiple directions around Alexander while he fired away. Fumi did feel a small twinge of guilt at having left the others to defend for themselves...but she knew her strengths and she knew her weaknesses; fighting these things would do her no good and at the worst, it’d get her killed. She can’t get a paycheck if she’s dead!!
Reappearing on the other side of the foggy door, Fumi reappeared and hit the ground rolling with a loud series of breaths, doing a skidding dismount after as she regained her balance and looked towards the door where her ‘comrades’ were still making their way out. She held the door open, peeking from the crack that was held firmly in place thanks to Alexander’s weird wires. She couldn’t voice it, but Fumi was hopping from side to side with impatient, loud footsteps while gesturing with her hands in a simple movement that spoke “HURRY”. The less she had to look at this nightmares, the better!!

"Come on Garo, you've got this!" Eve backed towards the door, slowly feeding more cable to keep it taut. She backed nearly to the door by the time Garo reached them and grabbed him off the cable. "Alright, we're going! Alex, stop playing cowboy and book it!" She grabbed the back of Falken's vest and drug him behind her to leave the room. "Fumi, door!" She pointed for the door to be shut.
"You... know it?" John fluttered his wings in excitement. "Then you can get us out, right?" He kept close to Callis, ready to help him if he had another bout of illness. He wasn't ready for the visitor from elsewhere. He blinked in surprise at the young man. "Wait, you know him? And he knows you?" John extended a hand out to shake, but withdrew it when the archosaur shoved its face through the portal the muscular man had left open.
"Introductions can wait. I will be expecting them later though!" He flew into the air, keeping his distance from the massive creature. It was awfully large... maybe it wouldn't attack such small prey? His guess proved wrong when it charged. John raised his hand and blue flames erupted forth in a plume, stopping right before the beast's snout. If that didn't startle it into stopping like he hoped, he would dive and try to flank it. Anywhere was better to be than near its head.

The trek through the expansive white room made Alex scan the room, now on full alert and expecting an attack at any moment. His suspicions are soon validated when one of the doors began to rattle, Alex taking this opportunity to summon his tonfas and stand by, waiting to attack whatever came through the door. Fortunately, A normal humanoid man emerged through the door and began shouting about being alive...probably having been running away from something dangerous in that case. And he left the door open, a fact that Gen noticed himself too late.
"Catch him, then help us incapacitate this creature." Alex ordered, Mizuki nodding in acceptance and leaping at the falling Gen with surprising speed, catching him in the air and setting the hot-blooded boxer down on the ground when they landed. He absolutely reeked she soon found, though her look of cold professionalism didn't waver as she let him down and turned her attention toward the t-rex. "...don't run away, we will need a statement after this." She said to Gen, drawing her two daggers and rocketing across the room toward the dinosaur. Alex was already upon the creature, summoning 4 chains at each of its feet that shoot forward in an attempt to wrap around the creature's legs and pull back, attempting to knock the creature down. Mizuki wasn't far behind, utilizing her momentum to leap up and try to stab the creature's right kneecap, attempting to make it easier for Alex's chains to accomplish their task if the t-rex pulled it's leg upward in pain.
