"Yes I'm 16! I just haven't done any oral exams!" Martha protested. "Malcolm stays here. He can hear whatever you have to say." Eve turned back with some interest. "What is it, anyway? Usually only your sister comes around here." Martha glared and stepped in front of Arthur, walking until she was looking right up at Eve's face. "Did you hurt Ariana!?" She boldly yelled.

Did Martha really have to ask? Warden said she did and Ariana didn't deny it. If she said no, then she'd be lying. If she said yes, well, she's just confirming the obvious. But perhaps getting the guilty party's confirmation would make fighting easier for Martha.

There was a long silence before Eve sighed. "There's no way I can convince you it was necessary, is there?" Martha's eyes widened and betrayed tears began spilling over their rims. She swept her hand and suddenly the windows at the front of the building imploded, every little blade converging on Eve in a sea of shards. Everybody was lost from sight in the reflective flurry, but the wave poured around Arthur like he was a rock blocking the course of the river.

Arthur glanced nervously from side to side as the glass poured past him. He did not like being in the middle of the glass storm. But he chose to trust Martha and summoned an ice sword so he could rush at Eve (aiming for the legs) as soon as he had a clear path.

The glass cleared in less than a second, revealing Eve to already be healing her face, glass making her coat sparkle like diamonds. Martha snarled and lunged, seeking to use her foot to do what her glass could not. Eve caught her by the sneaker in midair and slammed her into the wall, causing a cacophony of noises caused by an uncertain amount of things breaking. Eve dropped her and a knife popped from her boot before she kicked the girl in the neck. "Malcolm!" She cried with clear worry, looking releved when she turned to see him alright, hiding beneath the desk. "Get out of here! That's an order!" She cried right before Arthur's blade cut halfway through her right leg and she turned, arm exuding a giant stungun that she turned to max before swinging a hook at the side of his head.

"I told you he should leave. What if he got hurt for now reason?" Arthur blocked the electrified hook with an ice shield. The strike still managed to throw him into a wall but he quickly got up.
"Now get away from her!" He sent a wall of ice shards at Eve so force her to back away from the wounded Martha. It was followed by a frostball with a shaped blast just to make sure Arthur would have time to retrieve the ally of children and check to see if she was still alive.

Malcolm fled the building, leaving a scene of violence behind him. Eve hobbled back, but took the shards anyway. The ice caused her pain where ordinary spears wouldn't. She had no defense prepared for the exploding ice ball. It threw her back and she fell on the stairs, half frozen. She rolled over and scrambled away, leaving Martha to Arthur.
Martha was already sitting up and took a swing at Eve as she passed. Her eyes were squinted up in pain and she had her hand over her gashed open throat. Even so, she stood up and wheezed at Arthur, leaning on a wall and trying to climb the stairs.

Arthur did not like the sight of those wounds. They were definitely lethal. And yet, Martha was still alive. Alive and willing to fight more. What's more, her wounds weren't even bleeding. It was a somehow familiar sight but Arthur couldn't quite put his finger on why exactly.
"Oh my, I didn't know you were immortal. That sure came in handy, eh? Now stand still for a second." The frost mage cast a healing spell on her. "Be a bit more careful from now on. Let's go." He created an ice shield and a sword and rushed up the stairs.

Martha's throat sealed without a mark and she jumped to her feet. "Thanks! Kill! Kick! Fucking fuck!" She jumped the stairs in a single leap, landing right in front of a metal door just in time to hear it click locked. She screamed in anger, an unbearable noise, and kicked the door a few times. The walls shook, but the door didn't budge. This didn't discourage Martha, who kept pummeling it with her foot harder and faster with no clear results.

"Wow, you are going crazy... I love it! But calm down for a sec, okay?" He said, pulling the trashing Martha away from the door for a second. He knelt down and looked at the lock. He touched the keyhole and created a key of ice that should fit the door. "Right, let's try this."

Martha struggled when Arthur tried to pull her away from the door, giving him a death glare. "I'ma- lemmie- fuck, leggo!" The key fit in regardless, and she hopped back in front of the door to swing it open. She wasn't prepared when it flew open on its own, striking her in the face. Eve stood behind the door, but much different. Her coat and hat were much too big on her, and her generous cleavage was entirely gone. The small child quivered as tears poured out of her eyes. "Please... don't hurt me." She sniffled. The nine year old hugged Arthur tight and sobbed into his chest.

Well shit... Arthur had no idea how to react to Eve's new body. He knew it was a trap. She would stab him or electrocute him or maybe even explode in his face. But his mind refused to give his body the order to attack. So he resorted to simply jumping back and down the stairs. "I am NOT falling for that one!"

Eve collapsed to her knees with a sniffle. "Thank you for not hitting me." Martha picked herself up, smashed nose just making her look even more confused. "I--what? I don't--WHAT!?" Her voice became agonizingly loud to anybody within earshot. This included Eve. "Owowowowowwwwww!" The little girl wailed, throwing herself to the floor and covering her ears. "Oh no! I'm so sorry!" Martha's instincts overrode all else and she ran to comfort her. However, when she picked the child up in her arms, she went limp like a sack of skin. Before Martha could resume with the pissed screaming, a fleshless hand grabbed her from behind the door, tightening a fist round her neck.

"Martha!" He wasn't expecting Martha to fall for such an obvious trap since even he managed to suppress his natural instincts. He rushed forward, summoning Accel End with the intention of cutting off the hand that gripped Martha.

Martha wiggled in the skinless hand's grip, but it did her no good. The endoskeleton was locked and the fingers couldn't be budged. Even when Arthur's blade sliced clean through and she dropped to the floor, it remained tight on her neck. Eve stepped around the corner, naked and utterly skinless. "That's a trick I learned from Huntsman, although I admit he's better at it." Her cannon arm was bared and loaded, and right next to Arthur's head. "I'm better at brute force though." Before she could fire, she howled and collapsed to one knee. Martha had kicked her where Arthur had earlier slashed her, bending her already wounded leg into a boomerang shape. She glared at Martha and a blade popped out of her gauntlet, shredding Martha's cheek.

"Thanks, Martha. And you..." Arthur coated his fist in frost and attempted to slam it into Eve's chest. His normal strength was combined with the force of a frostball explosion. "...Really need to stop picking on her. I'm still the bigger threat, you know."

Eve was sent head over heels by the blow, whole front of her body crusted in ice. It was agony, worse than any cold she had felt before. She leaned on the wall, barely able to stand. This was going about as poorly as it could. She groaned and held her head low. "Really dishonorable beating up a naked woman... can I at least have my coat back?" She extended her cannon to point at the coat that lay in her fake child form. "If you don't give it to me, I'll set off the firebomb in the hand around her neck. I know what she is and they don't like fire." Her eerie skeleton grin gave the threat some weight. Martha, hearing this, grabbed the fingers and tried to pry them off, only wigging it enough to gash her face more. "You have ten seconds by the way."

"Right, right. You can have it back. I understand the connection between coat and wearer." Arthur took the coat, encased it in an ice pillar and slid the pillar towards Eve. "Of course, you must realize that I can't let you have it before Martha's safe."

Eve sighed. "Alright. Black mail isn't cool you know." The hand released Martha's neck, only to dive blade first into her huge foot. Eve punched through the ice pillar and grabbed her coat, shoving it on. She gleefully flayed her chest open in a flower of tendrils, exposing a little chute. From it dropped a round little grenade, painted bright blue. Eve kicked it right at Martha, immobilized by the knife pinning her to the floor. When it went off, it would unleash an unstoppable white fire.

"Talk about the pot calling the kettle black..." Arthur commented on the blackmail accusations. The truth is he would've just let her have the coat if she refused to stop the bomb first. Assuming there even was a bomb as it quickly turned out that what the hand really contained was a hidden knife. When Eve launched her grenade, Arthur jumped in front of Martha and formed a protective ice wall. The front of the wall caught fire instantly upon impact.
"I told you to stop picking on Martha!" Arthur propelled the burning ice wall toward Eve, like a blazing ram. Using that a distraction, he attempted to rush to her side and punch her in the head with another frostplosion-powered fist.
