Appearance
Chase is a pretty tall and slim man, with well developed muscles. He tends to wear a very clean stripped suit when he goes out on missions, but when he is not on missions he would normally wear just a regular white button down shirt with a pair of black khakis and some dress shoes.
Personality
Chase is someone who only cares about himself and will only act to serve his own interests, he is also a person who is addicted to booze and death; however, He is the type to never look for trouble and his primary goals are to live and to find the answers to his past. He is the type to trick and use people as well and he never wants a companion, however, if it serves his interests than he would be willing to work with others even though his is a semi misanthrope. He lives by the rule to never trust anyone and he believes that everyone is only truly out for themselves. He tends to talk to people with a "mask" so no one would know the real him, which is a negative person, but when it comes to animals he tends to show his lighter side, especially animals that are strays, as he tends to be able to relate to them in his own way, since he too has nowhere he can call home. As for worldly events he is not interested in the affairs of man too much, since he feels that history will always repeat itself, which makes it less interesting to him. He enjoys very few things outside booze and killing, but he also likes to challenge himself, but will never challenge himself in a foolish way if it would cost him his life. He wants to became more powerful, but at the same time worries about his own abilities and would always limit himself, so instead in order to obtain greater strengths he seeks objects of power in order to lessen the danger to himself.
Powers and Abilities
"Black Hole Soul" - Chase does not have a soul but instead a "Black Hole" at his spiritual center.
Chase is able to absorb the souls of those who died recently by him and he uses these souls as a power source that allowed him to use those souls to increase different aspects of him that include inhumane strength and speed, along with reflexes, the abilities to see and feel souls to measure how the person is feeling and to the point of identifying the type of soul. He can also use the souls to increase his healing to the point that fatal wounds and diseases will not kill him, unless they can cause instant death. His abilities came with a price, since he needs to always burn out souls as a source of power or else he would die, however he no longer has to worry about aging and eating along with drinking in order to live, he just needs to live off of the energy of the souls he collects and because of his black hole for a soul, it pull is too strong to let his energy be taken and its so unique that no one can copy the abilities that the black hole provides for Chase.
Chase's limit is how much energy he can get from the souls he has, so that is his "real" limit , yet he doesn't want to run out of soul energy so he limits himself, so he doesn't die. But as a general rule he only uses as much as he needs to use in order to avoid putting himself in danger. So depending on how many souls at a time he has, Chase can go from close to death to normal human level to peak human level to superhuman where he can lift a few tons and move fast enough to move at hypersonic speeds. Chase can increase his capabilities depending on how much soul energy he uses. Including using his Soul Overdrive mode, which allows him to be able to strike thousands of times in a second and to be strong enough that a single regular strikes could destroy a building, but currently using this much energy for him its like a double edge sword and he would be burning up so much soul energy that he would die in a few minutes and would never do that unless he has no other choice. Chase calls this Soul overdrive.
Soul Link
Chase has learn to be able to establish a connection with his Black Hole Soul to another Soul, yet this connection can only be created by a spiritual process, which so far has only been done with objects that have been infused a soul in a special way, that allows the Soul Link to take place. The Soul Link makes the target soul become a part of Chase's Black Hole Soul's "gravity" and thus under the control of Chase. The souls that have establish a Soul Link with Chase, gain a few perks. First, all souls that have a Soul link with Chase, their powers and abilities can not be copied or stolen. The soul's power itself can not be used by any other than Chase as well. Also, in order for the Soul power to function, Chase will need to directly send his own spirit energy to the soul, in order to evoke its own powers. Another benefit of the Soul link, is that Chase can sense the location of any soul that has establish a soul link connection to him, should the soul be away from Chase's normal senses and presence. And Chase use his "Black Hole Soul's "gravity" to command the soul (object) to come to Chase if the soul (object) should every leave Chase's person. Any object that is destroyed with a soul attach to it, and is in the soul link with Chase will ultimately be send to Chase's Black Hole Soul's "orbit", which will keep the soul from getting pulled into Chase's Black Hole Soul, and instead the soul will simply orbit around the Black Hole Soul for a decent amount of time before the soul will get eventually pulled in, yet during this time, Chase will be able to store the soul somewhere else if he can find a container for it.
Chase is currently unable to use a large number of Soul Links at a time, and can only use up to two soul links. Chase is able to establish as many Soul Links as he wants and they all receive the benefits of establishing a Soul Link, but to use the abilities of the soul in the Soul link takes a great deal of focus, and Chase can only hope to be able to use two Soul links for the time being on his very person. For now, the Soul link process is very sensitive and after establishing one Soul Link connection, Chase has to wait a couple of months before he can do another one because he has to wait for his current Soul Link connection to become permanent and 100% compete.

>reflexes: mach 5

Equipment
Over the years Chase finally found a magic crafter/blacksmith, who creates weapons/objects for Chase, but in return he has to carry out missions for the blacksmith. For Chase, their relationship only serves the purpose of being mutually beneficial for both of them.
List of Items:
>A pen that transform into a decent size sword that can be used to attack things that are both physical and spiritual.
>A belt that transform into chains that can be used to trap both Physical and Spiritual things, which can be remote
controlled to move in any direction Chase wants.
>A watch that can transform into a shield that can protect Chase from physical and spiritual things
>Chase's clothes can transform into a set of armor that can protect him both physically and spiritually
Soul Shards
Soul Shards are very special gems, that have the ability to capture a spirit and seal it within the gem. The Soul Shards are very valuable as well, because they allow Chase to store valuable souls, that he wouldn't want to waste by simply absorbing them into his "black hole" soul for only a temporary boost in power. Instead, by storing the spirit or soul in the Soul Shard, Chase can then give the Soul Shard to Marvel Smith, who is then able to combine the soul shard with an item, weapon, or whatever, that will host the spirit that was inside the Soul Shard. This way, Chase can continue to use the power of the spirit and not have the problem of losing it over time, like he would normally with spirits and spirit energy that gets sucked in by Chase's Black Hole Soul. Only a single soul is able to occupy a single Soul Shard, but after the soul leaves the Soul Shard, Chase can use the same Soul Shard to capture another Soul. All together Chase only has 12 Soul Shards, and every time he captures a soul, he sends the Soul Shard with the capture soul to Marvel Smith, and it will likely take a few months for Chase to receive Smith's new gear with the infuse soul and the Soul Shard back. Because of this, Chase has to be careful of who or what he wishes to capture by the Soul Shard due to the fact that he only has a limited number of them.
Kagutsuchi
The name of Chase's first soul link item and blade, which hosts a soul with the ability to create and manipulate fire. Chase needed to train a few months to get use to using his Soul Link ability as well as the sword itself, but finally has great control over Kagutsuchi. The blade being a sword of fire, is capable of releasing intense flames, which can serve to burn Chase's foes and whatever else Chase seeks to set ablaze, or Chase could even use the flames to protect himself from certain attacks. Also, establishing a Soul Link connection with Kagutuchi has given Chase a increased resistance and tolerance to fire base attacks, and when Chase is using Kagutsuchi, not only does his resistance and tolerance increase dramatically to flames, but Chase could also transform the flames into spirit energy for his own use. The blade is a soul link object, and thus needs Chase to also use his own spirit energy to activate the blade. Chase is also able to create and manipulate fire so long as he as an active soul link with Kagutsuchi and doesn't need to wield the blade itself in order to use its abilities, even though with the blade in his hands, the fire base abilities are much stronger than without the blade in his hands. Also, being a blade from the power of a soul ability, and use of special metal, which form the object, along with being connected to Chase's Black Hole Soul, these factors allow Kagutsuchi's abilities to not only work on a physical plane, but also the spiritual one as well.

Kagutsuchi's is disguise as a pen, just like Chase's other sword when it is in noncombat mode.
Ikite-Iru-Mori
A wooden staff that was forge by Smith using a branch of a unique magical tree and a powerful spirit, who ruled over a large forest. Though the material is made out of wood, the magical properties protect the weapon to nearly indestructible status, as well as being a strong enough vessel to house the soul that rests inside. This soul link weapon has the ability to manipulate plants, trees, wood, and summon/create unique forest like entities to serve him. However, the weapon not only manipulates, but even amplifies the living things it commands to supernatural levels and capabilities. Once Chase has establish a connection to the weapon, he gains the ability to convert sunlight into spirit energy, however the amount is extremely little and would take hours, if not days, before collecting anything close to the spirit energy he could obtain with a regular human soul. The weapon also gives his body a stronger immune system and improves his healing factor. The staff is a soul link object, and thus needs Chase to use his own spirit energy to activate it. He is also able to the staff's abilities so long as he as an active soul link with Ikite-Iru-Mori and doesn't need to physically wield the staff itself in order to use its abilities, with the exception of being able to summon/create creature. Though with the staff in his hands, the abilities are much stronger than without being in his physical possession. And due to the nature of spiritual and magical components of the staff, it can adjust the materials under its command to affect spiritual beings as well. Currently Chase has not mastered his second soul link weapon.
Ikite-Iru-Moriis is disguise as a bulky green pencil when it is in noncombat mode.
The Chaos Brand
Sometimes refer to as "the Mark of Chaos," The Chaos Brand is located on Chase's right forearm. It was placed there by The Spirit of Unbalance to serve as proof of Chase's enslavement to the entity. Chase has no choice but to follow the commands of the Spirit of Unbalance, or else The Mark of Chaos will punish him, which can cause such an immense amount of pain, that Chase will no longer be able to move, and could potentially even kill him. The Chaos brand also serves the purpose of letting the Spirit of Unbalance know Chase's whereabouts and can use The Chaos Brand to read Chase's feelings and thoughts. He is unable to be freed from this curse mark until the Spirit of Unbalance feels that he no longer needs him, or has earn his freedom. The mark does give Chase interesting options at times, for those who are "friends" of The Spirit of Unbalance and those who are "foes" of the powerful and corrupt Spirit. However, the mark does provide Chase with some benefits, such as protecting Chase against mental manipulated by anyone, due to the fact that he is the property of the Spirit of Unbalance, who's mind is chaos and madness itself. The Mark from time to time also causes Chase to experience his own chaotic urges and slowly over time the mark will cause Chase to lose his mind and become a wild animal that will act on chaotic instinct alone if he continues to serve the Spirit of Unbalance. The Chaos Brand has other special and secret properties to it as well, but to avoid the increase of the brand's power over him, Chase continues to make a conscious effort to avoid using the brand's powers.
Some nights when Chase is sleeping, he will experience the same nightmare over and over again of a dark figure trying to come after him in his dreams. This figure is the same size as Chase and even talks to him in his voice, yet it sounds completely corrupted. As if Chase was hearing a demon version of his own voice. So far Chase has been able to avoid the figure, or defeat it, yet every time this happen, the figure would just reappear in front of him. The dark creature would then simply inform Chase that he can never escape from him and that he is just stalling for time against the inevitable outcome of this "little Chase." Very recently, Chase has been able to see more details of the creature, who's been haunting him for the past few months.
Martial Artist
Chase does not remember why he knows martial arts, but his body sure does. His body somehow always seems to have the right move to use during hand to hand fighting situations and he has develop a mix style of fighting that covers many areas of mix martial arts for him to use in CQC (close quarter combat) for both offense and defense against open handed opponents and armed ones.
History
Chase has no history that he knows of after waking up one day with his current condition as he has amnesia. Ever since then he has traveled, seeking for answers to who he is and what happen to him. Through the years he has killed hundreds to thousands of people in order to live and continues to gain more power and knowledge for himself.
RP History
Melon Festival
Chase worked for Smith in order to make sure that nothing bad happen to the festival. He worked at a ice cream stand where he got to enjoy the day for a little bit before he had to deal with problems after problems. He was able to help put an end to the violence of the Melon Lord as well as meet new people. He also got Creon at the end and as a reward he got his special gauntlets.
Relationships
Marvel Smith - a magic crafter/blacksmith who is interested in developing new objects and has decided to help out Chase in return that Chase gets him materials and information for his work.
Tsuyoshi Osamu - is Chase's mentor, who is training him in various areas, especially with his ability over everything relating to the spirit world and its concepts, but most importantly to help Chase to gain control over his Black Hole Soul. Osamu was also send to Chase by the recommendation of the Spirit of Unbalance. It is currently unknown what is the relationship of Chase's mentor and the Spirit of Unbalance, which is way Chase is very carefully whenever he is dealing with his mentor. Yet, so far, Osamu has been doing a great job of training Chase and preparing him for performing his tasks, which the Spirit of Unbalance will need him for later.
The Huntsman - considers Chase to be his only real friend and Chase in returns finds him to be amusing at times and a worthy fighting partner. Chase has never officially recognized the Huntsman as his friend, but unlike most people, Chase doesn't mind when the Huntsman is around him and in fact usually will somewhat enjoy associating himself with the deadly creature, especially after The Huntsman has stopped making attempts to sleep with Chase.
Marceline - A woman who never imagine that a guy she slept with would one day show up at her front day to put an end to her master's plans, but never the less, Chase found himself in that position. Both Marceline and Chase are unsure how they feel about each other, yet for Chase the feelings he has for Marceline are unique and ones that he has never experienced, or at the very least have never remembered experiencing.
Creon - A stray cat that Chase finds during a weird Melon disaster. After saving the little guy, Chase decided to keep the animal as his companion. Usually Creon lives for the most part by himself inside Chase's apartment, yet as a tendency to explore a bit. Still, regardless how long the cat travels around, he will always come back home for dinner. Now that Chase spends most of his days training, he takes Creon with him.
Aine - Aine's origins can be trace back to a small village in Ireland many eons ago. She grew up in a tiny village with her little sister Becky and parents. Though there was the occasional conflict with other clans, their lives were relatively peaceful. That was until their parents were executed for witchcraft. Without even being able to properly mourn the death of her mother and father, Aine took the responsibility of raising her baby sister. Though it was extremely difficult, she managed to support herself and her sister while they were despised by the rest of the villagers for their parents' sins. As time went on, the sisters had thought the worse was behind them, that was until their village was attacked by a Demon God, The Worm with One Thousand Tongues. During the conflict, the Demon God was stopped by one of his siblings and the Spirit of Unbalance. Yet, the defeated Demon God's influence had already taken its toll on the villagers, causing everyone's minds to be utterly destroyed. Yet, the Spirit of Unbalance noticed Aine and her potential. And decided to remove her from a world that will never have another rational thought and marked her as his own. From that day forward, Aine was reborn as a weapon and faithful servant to the Spirit of Unbalance with no memories of her past life.
Besides performing assignments for her master, she has recently become a regular training partner for Chase and his team leader for an upcoming tournament in the Spirit World. However, even after dueling against each other hundreds of times over, regardless if it is sword fighting, or a fist fight, Chase has not been able to defeat her once, or even provide much of a challenge for her. Even though he dislikes her, he is force to recognize that she is incredibly strong, but in turn Aine views Chase as a weakling. And she has yet to even display the true difference between them as she spares with him without using the powers of "the Mark of Chaos," which she has already completely mastered, unlike Chase. But the Brand of Chaos is not her only source of power, as she herself has been gifted with a superhuman physique and countless years of experience, as well as her own unique ability to conquer Space itself, which fits her brutal personality and fighting style. Yet, though she is tough and blunt, she contains no hatred or cruelty in her heart like her master, but she will do whatever is asked of her from the Spirit of Unbalance. And that is because her only goal in life is to serve him to the best of her ability.
