Dan blushed just the slightest. Now she was definitely flirting with him. He wasn’t quite comfortable revealing exactly why he wasn’t quite comfortable with that. “No, you’re right. But you seem just fine! Better than fine? Uh…” This wasn’t exactly a regular part of Dan’s life. His first love had died right before him, and his second had rejected him. Since then, he hadn’t really had the chance to pursue a relationship. Qiang and training took up most of his free time, and he hadn’t met many women that interested him. “Well... yes, I admit I am a little surprised.” He paused to think, but before anything to say came to mind, the plane bounced harder than before and she toppled into his lap.
Red like a boiled lobster slowly crept into his face. An annoying part of his mind threw a celebration. The rest was directing his vision to the window. It was difficult to see at first through the clouds, but eventually he saw it. A hunched figure crouched over a hole in the wing, pulling at it with crooked arms. “Ah, crap.” The plane shook all the way through when a fin was ripped from the wing and the plane began to tilt. The intercom light dinged and the captain’s voice filled the cabin. “Attention passengers! Callicantzari have appeared on the plane! They are-ACK!” The sound of shattering glass cut off the speaker and Dan sprang to his feet, instinctively holding Caroline. “Sorry!” He set her down with as much grace as he could muster as something slammed through the door.
A huge snowman led a group of smaller ones. His branch-horns scraped the ceiling and his face was red from the blood leaking from the little blue elf in his ice jaws. He grunted and the smaller snowmen swarmed out. Those in front faced the first wave, two demons each attacking Gallerian, Arthur, and Erin. Wooden hands lashed out, seeking to claw at their faces and torsos. One more tried to grab Osechi and drag her forward by the hair into the range of its giant master, waiting with an oversized weapon of solid ice in each of its five hands.
“Wilson, help the people in front! I need to deal with the one on the wing!” Jun pushed past her friend and he nodded, vaulting over his seat to land next to Gallerian. He didn’t bother to introduce himself, simply nodding and throwing a kick for the nearest Callicantzaros. His powers were ill-suited to fighting these things. Ice attacks might merely make them stronger, and he could not grow within this tight space. Jun crowded into Gan’s aisle, staring out at the devil on the wing. “Do you have something that can seal off the window after I kill that thing?” Jun aimed her finger, ready to extend it as soon as she was certain she wouldn’t end up killing everybody by doing so.

"Boyfriend? pff naaah, he is like my little brother!" Osechi said as she laughed at the idea, still, she knew she was in trouble, Gan clearly didn't like it when she bothered others. As she decided to jump forward and land onto Arthur and Erin, the plane became overrun by snowmen. her eyes shone as she got an idea.
"Hey, hey, Gan! can I eat them?!" She said as she was being dragged by the hair.
"Protect the kid and the girl!"- He said as he got up from his seat, he knew the plane was done for.
The chef goddess latched onto the body of the snowman and made a large milkshake straw appear on her hand. If the creature didnt let go, she would suck every last bit of snow in its body in less than a couple of seconds.
Meanwhile, Jun had moved where Gan was, she suggested taking out the one on their side, Gan nodded and gave her some space to take her shot.
"Ready when you are."- He said as he positioned himself behind Jun, extending his arm right over her shoulder as he readied himself to block the way with a Ki construct.

My,my... I can't even relax on a plane - The angel complained with a really calm expression, as Wilson jumped in front of him the angel summoned pentagrams, trying to lock the snowmen in a dome.
If someone is good with fire, please help me melt this bad kids~ - The angel said to the passengers in case someone would be that helpful. If he managed to lock them inside the dome it was going to be pretty easy and fast so they could take care of the bigger one.
----
The ex-paladin fell from his seatin the moment the plane got attacked. Standing immediatly the man teleported near the huge snowmen. Celtic words began to appear among a big celtic spyral. The words fire, snowman and prison were formed and when he casted his attack the fire began to follow the snowman. Vladimir made sure to don't burn his allies, the plane and himself, so the flame wouldn't be strong enough the kill the monster but he hoped to slow it down. He needed the rest to act otherwise his body would lose temperature... he already felt cold and his body began to tremble from the low temperature caused by his attack.
Gallerian observed the attack... that wasn't common magic of the outside world... he had a familiar feeling when he saw the men summon his attack. Those were celtic symbols... w-what on Earth was doing a driaochta outside the Kingdom? The Queen had imprisoned everyone long years ago... He felt like he knew him but... nothing popped in his mind.
However it wasn't the time to worry about that now, he needed to stop the Callicantzari - Do you have a quicker plan by any chance? - He asked Wilson

When the plane began to shake violently, Erin nervously grabbed the sides of her seat and gripped them tight. She wasn’t a fan of flying in general, and the shaking was only making the issue worse. Caroline instead decided to take advantage of the situation and ‘accidentally’ fell on top of Dan’s lap. Looking up...his red face was the exact reaction she had hoped for. “Bad boy indeed…” Caroline softly muttered to herself in amusement.
She brought herself upright and was about to playfully apologize to Dan...when the plane was suddenly attacked by the strange snow demons. The snake-like doll then found herself picked up and placed her down in the aisle. “No need to apologize, that was quite cute.” She told Dan, giving him a smile and frowning at the front of the plane. There didn’t seem to be any internal organs to these things...so her poisons wouldn’t do much. What to do...the captain!
“Hey, how good is your throwing arm?” She asked, looking Dan directly in the eye. “Pretty good. If you feel safe getting tossed, that is.” Dan changed when the demons started attacking. He straightened up, the red drained from his face, and a savage grin started to grow on his lips. He held out a hand for Caroline.
Grabbing his hand, Caroline focused toward the front of the plane and nodded toward Dan. “I trust you won’t betray my confidence, bad boy.” She said with a grin, waiting for him to throw her. Dan picked her up and drew his arm back. He wasn’t a total stranger to throwing things, but a human was pretty new, especially with his now more limited strength. However, she was light enough and he had momentum on his side. Weirdly light, in fact. Oh well, it made things easier. He ran forward a few strides before tossing her like a javelin. Over the shorter monsters she sailed, landing just back of the giant. It turned slowly to look at her, but she had plenty of time to run into the pilot’s cabin.
While in the air, Caroline aimed her body also like a javelin, tucking in at the last second and rolling past the giant one and running toward the cabin. “Is everyone ok in here?!” She called out. A snarl responded. The captain stumbled into view, past a slumped-over pile of snow. His skull had been twisted so two jagged horns popped out, his teeth sharpened. “Everyone is fantastic! Real host bodies for everybody!” He cackled, picking a branch up from the pile and stabbing at Caroline with it.
The doll’s eyes widened with surprise at the grotesque image before her. “...I am going to make sure you won’t have a body at all when we’re done!” She said angrily, taking out a small handle from her coat and pressing a button, letting the long silver blade emerge and aiming to slice through the branch being stabbed at her. With her other hand, Caroline took a similar blade from her coat, extended it, and lightly ran her tongue around the top. “...now stand still, why don’t you?” She said coldly, aiming to stab his leg with the other blade.
---
“WHAT?!” Erin called out in confusion. Why did things go to hell this fast?! And on an airplane?! She held her right hand out and a large red and black scythe appeared in a flash of light. The thought then dawned on her...this was a terrible environment for a scythe. Her eyes widened when she saw the hyper girl from earlier summon a giant straw and start to...eat the demon snowman?! “How...are you Kirby?!” She asked with surprise.
Gals’s dome appeared to trap some of them, while others were going to their own stations. Her own path was blocked by Arthur though...so she brought her scythe down and stumbled through the torn seat in front of her.
“Arthur, make sure they don’t damage the plane more please!” She called out to the ice mage. Bringing her scythe up, Erin aimed to slash through the 2 snowmen attacking her, hoping they would die if cut in half. She then remembered that the strange woman from earlier had sailed through the air just now. “...well...someone’s bold.” She muttered to herself.

"Oh..." Arthur reacted to Osechi's answer. "My bad." Then the airplane started shaking. He assumed it was just turbulence. This was why he preferred flying on his own instead of taking a plane. Well, turbulence, the inconvenience of having to stick to someone else's schedule, and the absolute sluggishness of non-hidden world tech.
That's when menacing-looking snowmen started piling out of the cabin, lead by a giant one with menacing antlers. Arthur hopped to his feet instantly. Two swords of ice appeared in his hand and he tossed one at an approaching snowman. He did a cartwheel-like flip over the other snowman while slashing with his sword, then he tossed that one at the first snowman, too. He was aiming at the head, hoping they would die if hit there.
"Thanks, but I don't need protection," he told Gan, hiding his annoyance. Arthur was aware he looked young, but it should be common decency to assume anyone on a plane to a demon-infested north pole can take care of themselves. Like Caroline believe she could when she flew past him. Now Erin wasn't the only one whose attention she captivated. Now he just had to make sure she was alright (yes, he was aware of his hypocrisy), but to do that they had to get rid of the big snowman first. --- Aaron held on to his seat when the plane started shaking. Of course, those fairies couldn't get a flight piloted by a competent person. That's what he thought until the snowmen showed up. Oh for fuck's sake, was Santa really worth this trouble? Yes, Aaron thought. He better be.
"Eat this, you horny snow pile!"
The sigils on his arms started glowing strongly enough to be visible through his sleeves as he activated Flauros and sent three blasts of pure energy at the antlered snowman. He then started running towards the snowman and the light shifted to his chest, giving him the strength blessing of Asmodeus. He had to move out of the way when Caroline was hurled past him. Damn, that girl is crazy. In a good way.

“Why would I stand still? I have a body! I can move and run and OW!” The possessed elf wailed when Caroline’s knife went straight through his leg. “What is-why! Ow ow ow! Pain? Is this pain!? I hate it!” The elf put his hand on the pile of snow. There was a flash and the pilot toppled while the mound of snow began to shuffle. “Better… no feeling… Mortal bodies are overrated.” The callicantzaros propped itself up on stick arms, trying to rise. Jun took a deep breath, steadied herself, and speared her finger through the window. It went right through the snowman’s head. There was a scream, silenced by the window, and the demon went flying off the plane. Jun’s finger withdrew. “Quickly now!” Jun yelled as the wind began to go spiraling out through the hole in the window. The demon laughed when Osechi stuck a straw into its body. “When you are told you can suck it, that is not the meaning!” It drew back its branch, prepared to slash her across her face before she began to slurp. “Wha-” Half of it was gone before it managed to finish its question, vanishing entirely into the straw. Only its wooden arms and horns remained, falling to the ground in a little pile. Beside her, Erin’s attack wasn’t quite so effective. The two snowdemons fell in twain in the wake of her strike, but their torsos began to claw along the ground. The swiped at her legs, trying to claw out the tendons. The snowmen that Arthur struck also failed to die. One’s head fell the the ground and grew tiny icicle legs to scuttle along on, trying to bite his heel. The other was only staggered for a second before lurching forward again. Before it could reach Arthur, Aaron blew a steaming hole in its torso. It screeched and its head and arms spun to face the other way, just in time to see the injured demons chasing Erin get melted into puddles by the same attack. Dan charged forward at the same time, coming right after Caroline. The snowman moved to block his path, catching him in its branchy arms.
“Give me your body! You have not earned it!” One hand enclosed around his face and Dan felt something else trying to enter his mind. “Nice offer… but I already won that battle.” His fist flicked out with a one-inch punch that powderized the rest of the demon’s already-injured torso. The whole body fell apart with a wail, leaving only the bottom ball. After a moment, it opened up new eyes, shallow pits of snow. “You won’t win this one!” It spat through a massive mouth of snow. In the space of a few seconds, only a few demons remained standing. Unfortunately, that included their leader. He dropped the elf he was chewing on to roar. Vlad’s cage seared lines into his body, but his limbs quickly tore through it, leaving only specks of flame. He attacked Vlad first, blade of ice swinging for the old knight’s neck. Three more limbs lashed out, aiming to crush Erin, Arthur, and Dan. Dan jumped back, falling over as the ice axe crashed through the floor where he was standing moments before. He wasn’t sure about punching this one.

"Demons are complete dummies, I love their taste!♥" - Osechi said with a big smile as she finished her meal. She was gonna reply to Erin but she quickly engaged in combat
*Who's Kirby?* she thought to herself.
The moment Jun signaled Gan to patch the window, a Ki construct was shot out of his hand, the golden energy panel perfectly replaced the broken area and sealed it tight.
"Well that was very clean, what about the others?"
As he looked back inside the plane, quite the opposite could be seen, Osechi had finished with her target but did not follow on the attacks as she took a seat to munch the remaning branches in peace. The kid apparently knew how to defend himself, but he wasn't as successful in killing his target, a half of the demon crawled at him but Gan had already set his sights on it.
"Don't attack the vessel, attack the spirit"- He told Arthur as he pulled out a pistol with silencer out of the dimensional pockets of his suit, the weapon glinted in gold as he charged the bullet with his particular type of ki.
"You're out" -a single power shot came with no noise, perfectly designed to kill the demon in a single go. All that was left, was the big one, who was all too distracted attacking the others.
"Looks like we have one more left, let's beat this thing before we crash." he calmly told Jun as he stepped aside so she could move, he then began to unload all the rounds he had on his weapon onto the creature, again, looking to destroy the spirit or at least force it to abandon its large vessel.

Caroline’s eyes narrowed in amusement when the demon left the elf’s body and entered the small pile of snow. “Ah ah ah…” Caroline waggled her knife back and forth rhythmically in her hands. “Didn’t anyone tell you…? Don't take things that don't belong to you.” Bringing her right foot back, Caroline aimed to stomp the stick arms it was trying to rise up on in half. As she brought her other foot up to stomp on the snow pile again, Caroline used her arms to lift up the pilot and place him gently back onto the pilot chair.
“Hi mr. pilot…” Caroline whispered into his ear. “I know you must have a headache right now...but if you don’t pilot this thing...everything going to get worse.” She said. “So for the sake of me and everyone else...could you please wake up?” Caroline asked. She had no idea if any of that got through, but it was still worth a try. Looking down at her feet, Caroline attempted to kick whatever remained of the twigs across the room.
“Sooooo...how much longer do I need to keep stomping…?” She asked. Was there a better way of dealing with a pile of snow? She certainly wasn’t going to try and use her heated coat or pants to try warming it up, they might get damaged!
---
“Gah!” Erin exclaimed, jumping back to avoid the strange crawling snowmen’s claws. “How...do you hurt these things?!” She asked in frustration. Suddenly...an idea came to her. These things were low enough to the ground that she didn’t have to worry about random wind much!
“Ok you little creeps...take this!” Erin held out her right hand and focused her mana straight downwards, summoning 5 tiny red petals that floated down to the demons coming at her. Once they came into contact, they would unleash a violent slash almost imperceptibly fast in the direction the petal was facing. For these aren’t petals at all...but miniscule blades that reflect light in such a way to give the appearance of petals. Before they hit the floor though, Erin quickly unsummoned them and readied her scythe once more, looking over at the others.
“...so they seem prepared…” The HWIC agent muttered to herself. Of course the scary-looking man handled himself perfectly, something she expected from her brother Alex too. Come to think of it...she got similar vibes from both of them. With the amount of people attacking the demon in the center, Erin decided to stand on a nearby seat to make sure the 2 after her had been dealt with fully.

Knowing that his attack wasn't going to work, Vladimir was ready to teleport but his body stiffened. The lose of temperature in his body made it difficult to move.
And now the monster was going to kill him for sure! Or at least that's what he expected...
The man with the quite femenine clothes and poncho was in front of him. A big pentagram forming with a birght light that was strong to melt away anything it touched.
My... I wanted to rest but it seems I have to work even in this day - Gallerian's voice sounded soft yet childish, like a kid that has been interrupted from his video-games.
Shall you guys leave this plane? An Angel of the Lord is not in the mood to play if you take away my coco and marshmallows! - The angel's voice was heard on the plane, despite his docile appearance and his voice sounded calm, it was clearly he wasn't joking either...

As if fate conspired to make fun of his statement, the snowmen Arthur thought dead turned into smaller snow spiders. The way it shifted into something smaller instead of dying made Arthur think of a particularly unpleasant character. He stomped it a few times before turning his attention to the snowman that should've been still standing but had found itself with a large hole in its chest; a result of being struck by strange reddish energy, no doubt.
The person who fired that energy, Aaron, was running through the aisle toward the leader and punched at it with Asmodeus's might. If he'd managed to shove his fist into the snow, he'd switch back to Flauros to blast it from the inside.
Opposite him was Arthur who rolled his eyes at Gan's casual suggestion. "Exorcisms aren't exactly part of my skillset. I'll try to weaken it physically, you can finish it off that way."
Arthur jumped to avoid its icy blade and pushed with his arms off an ice wall into a dropkick aimed at its head, the airplane's low ceiling preventing him from going for a fancier move, while trying to force his mana into the demon's snow body. If he could do so, he could immobilize it if not destroy it outright.

The snowbeast screamed when its arms were shattered. In rage, it waved its stumps as it was stomped. It was not dead, but it was effectively neutralized for now. The elf pilot wearily raised his head, returned to his normal shape when the spirit abandoned his body. “What? What’s going on?” The air was thin in the pilot’s cabin, cold air rushing in from outside. “The plane… warn the others! This is going to be a rough landing!” The elf hobbled forward and began struggling with the controls. What was left of the demons attacking Erin were practically powderized by the petals. With Gan’s gunshot, the last devil was finished off, leaving only the leader. It roared in rage as its comrades fell, but there was little it could do against the sheer onslaught brought against it. Its body was riddled first with bulletholes, then Jun’s stabbing fingers, both scarring its very soul. Aaron and Gal’s close-ranged attacks were even more devastating on its body, destroying its entire lowest segment. It fell to the ground, propping itself up on one arm.
Arthur’s dropkick knocked it back similarly, making half its head slump away. A half-gone mouth snarled and tried to bite Arthur’s feet, his mana being fiercely rejected. Its arms lashed out again, this time trying to smash and slice Aaron, Gallerian, Jun and Gan. Jun dove to the side, coming up behind a chair with Wilson. “Is there anything you can do with your giant form?” She asked. “Too small. I couldn’t move.” He shook his head.

The moment Arthur rolled his eyes and told him he would weaken them physically, Gan sighed.
"Go ahead"-He replied. As Gan calmly reloaded his weapon, Arthur proceeded to dropkick the snowman's face in half. A smirk could be seen on Gan as he looked at the results.
"You've got something on your foot, kid"- He said as he looked at the still living snowman while trying not to smirk any further.
The sudden attack of the demon made him sidestep but it just proved his point. These things were annoying to put down.
Meanwhile, Osechi quietly followed the piece that was trying to munch Arthur's foot.
"You are not gonna eat this, are you?" she told Arthur while pointing at the snowman. Naturally, she was already attempting to slurp it whole before he even replied.
"Are you both ok?" Gan told Jun and Wilson, who apparently had taken cover behind the seats.

"...oh...wonderful." Caroline muttered to herself, hearing the pilot instruct her to tell everyone that they were in for a rough landing. Stepping out onto the main room once more, Caroline got there just in time to see the group cut the largest monster down to size. The snake doll let out a whistle as she strolled around the damage.
Clapping her hands, Caroline waved to get everyone’s attention. “Excuse me, everyone. Just here to say the pilot is safe, but it’s going to be a little bit of a rough landing. So...let’s wrap this up quickly and buckle our seat belts, kay?” She winked toward everyone as she finished her sentence. Seeing as the monster wasn’t even on its last legs, Caroline flicked out her knife once more and whipped her right arm out, aiming to if not sever the arm it was standing on, at least take a large chip out of it.
Erin let out a small giggle when her petals eviscerated the snowmen before her. “Yes! Hehe…” Unfortunately, the agent’s worries were soon brought back when the largest snowman still stood on its one arm. “...gaaaaah...too small an area to use this…” Erin moved her scythe back and forth. “...and too many people around to use that attack...guess they have it handled…” It was strange to see that woman’s arm stretch so abnormally. Was she some sort of...snake lady? Was she a gorgon?!

Arthur's magic attempt failed, but his physical attempt had an effect. Sort of. The demon was already mostly down, but it could still attack and Arthur had to move back to avoid getting his foot munched on. And Gan was being a useless jackass for no reason.
"The 'you finish it off that way' part meant you were supposed to shoot it with your gun." Arthur was ticked off that Gan figured talking to people was more important than fighting a demon snowman on a plane about to experience a rough landing. That kind of attitude was unacceptable when everyone's lives depended on people taking action. Still, no time to scold him now. They should wrap it up before they land, and Osechi just came up with the perfect solution.
"Uh, no. Go right ahead. Actually, let me make it easier for you." Arthur created two ice swords and ran in to cut off the arm it was using to attack, the one Caroline wasn't dealing with.
Before Arthur did that, Aaron had his own frustrations. The snowman's lower body was destroyed, but the damned snowman refused to die. It swung its tree branch arm at several people at once. Aaron had to switch back to Asmodeus and brace for impact. It struck his raised hands and knocked him into the airplane's wall. He grunted from the impact and fell down to one knee. Red lines extended from where its claws swiped. Aaron was glad he left his jacket on his seat. If it got ripped up before they even reached the north pole, not only would it be less useful but he'd have to get a new one later.
While Arthur attacked the arm, Aaron got up and approached its head. "No one likes a snow cone that hit the ground. You should just give up and die now." He tried to stomp its head into wet mush.

Listening to Osechi's words the angel giggled as he asked - May I turn it in a Raspberry Frappe?
Vladimir slowly began to obtain his temperature back to normal. He tried to warm himself with his scarf, he shouldn't have used a fire spell without preparing his body.
I'll ask you who you are later, ok? - The angel said to the ex-paladin before moving forward and making light pentagrams to appear, they were heating extremely fast and began to perform a circle that tried to imprison the snowman so it couls finally melt it away.
Listening to Caroline's voice on the speaker - And I thought I couls sleeep! - He whined, sulking and puffing his cheeks - What a burden!

Dan stayed back from the thrashing snowman. When it came to something this big, he couldn’t do a whole lot. He just stood back, leaning on a chair and watching the fight. Osechi was an interesting one. She destroyed the rest of the snowman’s skull with her straw, forcing it to create a new face on its torso. He found himself impressed when Caroline’s arm whipped out and sliced through the branch that propped the monster up. It snarled in rage as it toppled, landing atop its snapped stick. Arthur’s attack blew through another arm, leaving it with only three. One swung an axe bigger than Dan at Arthur’s body. Before it could make any other attacks, it was trapped in Gal’s prison of light, beginning to sear it again.
“I suppose I must finish it off.” Jun vaulted atop a chair and sprang from there at the snowdemon. Her sword went through one of its remaining arms to carve deep into its body. With a few more swings, its howls ceased and Jun stepped back, brushing snow off of her coat. “Its spirit has retreated from the plane. With the collective damage you and the young man with the pistol have done, it will not reincarnate tonight.” The Shattered One informed her. She nodded and looked back at Gan. He had caught her attention with his attire, but his powers had her especially interested. It wasn’t often she met somebody else who could injure spirits. It would certainly make him dangerous to her if they should clash. Not that she saw any reason to, but that was always something to think about.
Wilson and Dan seated themselves, Dan waving for Caroline to sit with him. Jun hesitated a moment and knelt in the snow. The hostess elf lay in the ruined demon’s body, slowly making it green with her fae blood. Jun gently closed her eyes and picked up her tiny body, bringing it back to the seating and buckling it in before taking her own seat. She chose to silently look out the window. Slowly, a bizarre new world was coming into view.
It looked like a children’s show version of a company town. The factory was peppermint colors, smokestacks letting out little puffy clouds that all formed charming shapes of animals and toys. The rest of the town was no less strange, buildings resembling viking longhouses but with a hundred times the whimsy, with brightly colored wood and whoorled designs. Many of the houses were smashed or burning, easily visible even from the air, but that was to be expected. What Jun was wondering about was the giant hole that bordered the town on the north. It was bigger than the entire workshop and town combined, surrounded with a fence topped with bright yellow stars.
She was only able to look for so long before the plane nosedived. She let out an involuntary yelp, mirrored by Dan’s across the lane. “This is your captain speaking. Our damage is pretty severe, so we’re dropping badly, but I think I can land us in the snowdrifts just outside of town. I apologize for the inconvenience.” Came over the intercom as they spiraled down. The g-forces were unbearable. Jun felt like her heart was getting pulled through her spine. The landing was worse. There was a noise like thunder coming from all directions and the snow flew up in a miniature blizzard. But the plane kept together as it skidded across the snow, finally coming to a stop with the nose tilted slightly forwards, making the ground uneven and slippery with snow.
The captain came stumbling back out, battered and bruised by the landing. “My apologies for the landing… that was the best I can do. We were going to explain the decision on the plane ride, but, well…” He looked at the dead elf in the seat behind Jun. “That didn’t work out. I’ll explain on the way to the workshop.”

Gan's mood turned sour, now that the fight was done, he could only reflect on the dead staff
"The landing was fine, it is us who failed."- He told the elf as he clenched his fist.
Gan headed towards the dead elf and carried her body. After that, he turned towards the door and kicked it open. The piece of metal was sent flying half a dozen meters despite its weight. He hopped out of the plane and gently laid down the corpse. After a few seconds, he turned around to give Osechi a hand.
"We're here!"- She excitedly claimed as she hopped with Gan's help. To her, it was almost as if Death was something she didnt comprehend.
"Careful on your way down"- he told Caroline who was closest to the door as he extended his arm, showing he would give her a hand as well.
"Let's go explore!! I wanna meet Santa!"-Osechi told Gan as she shook him on the shoulder, this was like a dream come true for the shinto, except for the fire and destruction. but still.
"Not until everyone is out of the plane"- He replied firmly with the intention of assisting anyone who needed help getting off the plane. This was not a solo mission.

With everyone’s assistance, the final snowman had finally been taken care of and the ghastly image of the dead elf revealed itself to the group. Erin was about to try and recover the body, but Jun stepped up first and buckled it into a seat. Seeing that her job was already done, Erin sat back in her seat and buckled the seatbelt as instructed, Caroline soon stepping out and taking the seat next to Dan.
When the plane finally crash landed, Erin’s knuckles were white with the sheer grip she was applying to the sides of her seat. “...is it...done…?” The HWIC agent asked tentatively. Caroline had already unbuckled her seatbelt by this point and lazily stretched out in the aisle. “Well that was quite fun. I don’t suppose anyone wants to do that again…?” The doll asked generally, turning her head toward the captain and walking over to him, kneeling down and offering to shake his hand.
“I am sorry for the loss of your colleague. I do thank you for getting us safely down on the ground, and will do my best to solve this problem.” She said to him in a strangely serious tone for herself, and switch her charm back on by turning and taking Gan’s offered hand. “Why thank you, sir.” Jumping down, Caroline flashed him a smile and backed away so others could disembark.
Erin had finally managed to get out of her seat and was staring at the exit with a small amount of dread. Oh...the scary guy is helping people down. That’s nice. Will he help me though? What if he takes his hand away and I faceplant in the snow? That would embarrass the HWIC...does anyone besides Arthur know I am HWIC? Are there any other exits?!
Looking around, Erin sighed when she couldn’t find any. Ok...guess I have to go up there and get out. But I also don’t want to burden that guy...I know, I’ll just jump down myself! Or would that be rude, refusing his offer? He was already glaring at us, does he already hate me for some reason?! Ok, here we go…
Erin shuffled up to the exit, half extended her hand toward Gan...then changed her mind last minute and tried to jump down...but going halfway in both directions just led to her tumbling ungracefully out. Luckily, Caroline was nearby to extend her arms out and catch the redhead, holding her up.
“Whoops! Almost wiped out there. Are you alright?” Caroline asked, looking down at Erin. Erin stared up with eyes wider than dinner plates. “...uh...yeah, fine! Just uh...spaced out there.” She said quickly. “You should reeeeeeeeally be more careful. My name is Caroline. What may I call my clumsy jumper?” She asked. “Erm...Erin! Nice to meet you, Caroline! You mind...um...letting me…”
On cue, Caroline set Erin down into the snow and smiled at the awkward agent. “There you go! Here, if you ever need me to catch you again...or you just want to talk about whatever...here’s my number.” The snake-like doll said, handing Erin a card with one hand and curling a strand of hair around her right pointer finger with the other, prompting Erin’s face to redden at the gesture. Giving one last smile, Caroline wandered off back toward the plane, approaching Gan.
“Sorry, I don’t think I got your name. Whom may I thank for this chivalrous gesture, mister keeper of energetic girls?” She playfully asked, glancing toward Osechi and waving.

They snowman was stabbed, punched, and chopped up yet it could still move until one of the passengers, an Asian woman that seemed somehow familiar but Arthur couldn't place her, stabbed it with her own sword. It finally stopped trashing and howling. Maybe her sword was the same as Gan's pistol. Or maybe she knew some exorcist enchantments. Heck, it could be both. Regardless, he flashed her a thumbs up and said "Good job". Actually, it was aimed at everyone on the plane. Despite the unfortunate elf casualties, the group itself showed they were competent enough to deal with the demons. It's not like they could've saved the elves considering this was an ambush.
Still, Arthur thought while getting back to his seat, this isn't the best way to start off Christmas.
Aaron grabbed some snow from the creature's corpse to clean up his arms while patching them up with Buer. Aside from that, he rushed to his seat and buckled himself in. The landing was rough and Aaron held on tight to his armrests, the complete opposite of Arthur who used subtle ice constructs to stay in place seemingly effortlessly. The ice mage was now sure that flying on his own should stay his main method of covering long distances. He looked out the window, above the snow piled up around the plane. The colorful rooftops were still visible through the smoke and fire and Arthur thought they only thing stopping them from looking too gaudy was the design inspired by the most metal civilization. Without the decor, perhaps one could have confused the debris and flames for part of a recreation of a regular Viking village, but the Chrismas spirit clashed horribly with such a vibe.
Arthur let most of the others hop out of the plane while he put on his coat. He didn't need it to protect from the cold, but for protection in another ambush. Its enchantments would be most useful if the fires around the workshop spread far enough. Arthur got ready to jump out after Erin only to witness her near-faceplant and the green-haired girl saving her. While he was worried she got hurt for a second, he had to smile seeing their interaction. He jumped out of the plane and waited until Caroline went to talk to Gan. He walked up to Erin and bumped her with his elbow.
"So, how'd you like seeing her eyes up close?" Arthur joked. "As captivating as they were on the plane?"
Aaron followed after them, having put his heavy winter jacket back on. Finally he could take out his cigarettes. He had to shield the flame from the pole's sharp wind, but the taste of nicotine made him slightly less annoyed at the whole situation. He ignored the flirting and the messing around, instead telling the pilot: "Let's get moving. I'm not spending the whole Christmas here."

The rest of the travel was awful for Vladimir, the movement of the plane was making him dizzy at the point to revolve his stomach. By other hand, Gallerian was taking part of his own wings and making then in handkerchiefs to clean up his nose, he couldn't help but to cry at the loss of the poor elf.
--
Once they landed, Vladimir was one of the last ones to leave the plane, his face was a bit green but he did his best not to puke. Thanks God he missed the marshmallows...
Gallerian finally stopped sobbing, so many years and still he felt awful each time a life passed away. Walking near the others, he walked closer to Aaron, whispering so only him could hear the angel - Hey... A-Are you ok now? - He asked, at the same time he noticed the ex-paladin... Where on Earth he saw him before? Gal was sure he knew him, in the fight that man showed Driaochta magic, so he must be someone from the Kingdom... A fugitive? A spy? Hm... he needed to know.
