Hey! It's a good start, but I have a few things to bring up:
Currently a few things seem a little overpowered for our verse, namely the slashes that can pierce anything and the speed that outruns his shadow, meaning it's faster than light. Currently the verse is around the low mach levels on average, 1 or 2 outside of super forms. So I would suggest tone down these two things to make him a little more usable in an RP. Great progress though!

So you have an idea, most characters barely break the sound barrier. Only high-tier villains or characters that don't fight that much tend to consistently move faster than sound. Plus I don't feel your character has any weak points, he is too good in too many areas. Most characters have one or two blindspot in their stats or are a bit more specialized.

Alright, I prefer this character. Quite excited actually, moreso then I was for Ankokuji. Hajime is a indefinite keeper!
