Luna Cittadina, a small coastal town at the southern tip of Italy. The town was pretty much what one would expect. Rustic, small Italian houses, dotted the town in a haphazard way. It had more cobble stone roads than asphalt ones. Just outside the town the flatland was filled with farms, vineyards and olive trees. It offered, three idyllic views, one of the rural town, one of the countryside and one of the Mediterranean sea. It was the sort of town where just about everything was local, and you'd be hard pressed to find a regular supermarket. The only thing that really put the town on the map and gave it any sort of relevance, was that it had a small harbour. That was primarily used for fishing and the like, but occasionally small shipments were unloaded there as well, to then be taken to another town or city in the southern Italy region. Depending on who you asked, the town was either a small piece of heaven safely tucked away from civilization, or it was a boring and dull little town.
Marie was include to agree with the latter assessment. For the past two weeks she had traveled trough a good chunk of Italy, and after seeing what the country had to offer, this little town was rather disappointing. Still, Italy as a whole was a nice change of place. After living in England all her life, and deciding to visit Denmark first after leaving home, Marie was starved for some sunshine in her life. Of course, pleasure wasn't the only reason she decided to come to Italy, business was part of it too. Seeing that she was in search of the Holy Grail, Italy felt like a natural starting point. Being the center of Catholicism as well as the former seat of the Roman Empire, it was a promising first location to check out. She was well aware that the Holy Grail may not have much to do with religion, at least not in the most literal sense, but starting with the place where a lot of people who were interested in the cup gathered could yield some results. Furthermore, it being an object of power naturally meant that one of the biggest empires in history might have either held it at some point or it might have made an attempt to claim it. Marie even managed to arrange a meeting with a contact from the Vatican... alas to her disappointment it turned into a religious lecture halfway through the conversation about the artifacts.
Her last stop while still in the country was this town. She planned to leave by boat in a day or two.
Although the town itself was by all accounts incredibly uninteresting, Marie had chosen to visit it for a reason. Right up against the harbour of the town was a small antique shop. The man who owned it was the towns cobbler, carpenter, locksmith and probably half a dozen other things, but his family had turn the antique shop for generations. The chosen location for the shop wasn't a coincidence either. Although one could find all the standard stuff one would expect an antique shop to sell, this one in particular specialized in salvaged and restored items from sunken vessels. The shop was quite literally selling sunken treasure. Though she had no hopes of finding the Holy Grail there, she was rather curious about the possibility of finding an artifact or two.
As Marie made her way through town, she couldn't help but notice people staring at her. Her standard knight uniform was a far cry from subtle. Beyond the eye catching and somewhat nationality inspired colours, it was also a fair bit more revealing than what the people of the town were used to. Still, a couple comments aside it didn't seem like anyone was going to give her trouble over it. Nevertheless she hurried.
The harbour area looked even less impressive than the rest of the town. Even the shop Marie was going after was more like a regular house than a proper storefront. The only thing that really set it apart as one was a wooden sign with the words "Case Antica" on it. Marie enter the shop and greeted the owner in less than perfect Italia. After informing him that she'd only be taking a look, she started examining every corner of the shop. It was actually a lot bigger on the insight than one would have guessed when looking at it from the outside, the owner was using the space he had rather effectively. It took her maybe an hour to look through all what was on offer. Though most of it really did turn out to be just mundane antiques, one item did catch her eye in the end.
It was an old flintlock pistol. A genuine gun, not just for decoration. It wasn't what one would call extravagant, but it was gilded and personalized to some extent. Beyond the fact that it was a real gun and a somewhat ornate one at that, it was undoubtedly an artifact, Marie did not even have to touch it to know. Once you've handled artifacts for a while you develop a sixth sense for them.
Though that alone was enough to cause excitement, the price tag certainly put a damper on her mood. All the funds she had brought with her from home couldn't have covered that, and that was before she had spent any of it on everyday needs.
She took a single glance at the shop owner and knew from the way he looked at her that she wouldn't have much luck haggling with him... especially not when she'd practically have to haggle the price down to a fraction of what it actually was. She briefly considered some other method of getting the gun, but most of it went into unsavory territory far too quickly for her liking. She'd just have to hope no one would buy it anytime soon and come back later. She didn't exactly worry that any of the townsfolk would buy the artifact, but she had a feeling the owner got offers from all over the country if not Europe for some of these items.
As Marie made it out of the shop, two men bumped into her.
"Hey, watch where you're going!" they yelled at her in an English accent, before regarding her somewhat curiously for a moment. Marie wrote it off as them being perplexed by her outfit and simply walked out.
The two men had entered the store with a suitcase in tow each. They apparently had something interesting to offer the owner, but before they ever started a conversation with him, they started whispering among each other.
"Hey, seen the girl? Isn't that thing on her uniform... you know." one of them whispered to the other.
"Yeah I saw. It's the same insignia as what those assholes who chased us out of those ruins the other week. Didn't want to start any trouble in front of the old guy though. He's a good customer, last thing I wanna do is ruin what we have going on here." the other man answered in a somewhat annoyed tone. They were in fact talking about the insignia of the Order of the Chivalric Archive. Although Marie was technically a runaway, she was still a member. More importantly, her outside still had the insignia embroidered in gold on her collar, plain for everyone to see.
"Well. She just went outside didn't she? Besides, you know what those guys do. Changes are we could double our haul this week if we take her. We've got an artifact each, and even if she has more, it'd be two versus one. Plus little payback's always sweet isn't it?" the other man insisted they go after Marie. The two were artifact hunters of sorts, but unlike the Knights of the Order they purely did it for profit and personal gain. People like them often clashed with Knights when they happened to go after the same artifact.
"I'm telling you this is going to backfire. But you know what? Fuck it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Worst case scenario we just wing it."
"That's the spirit."
And with that the two men left the store just as quickly as they had entered it. Marie hadn't walked more than a dozen meters away from the shop when one of them men whistled at her. "Oi! Girl, you're British right? You with the Order or what?" Marie stopped in her tracks. Meeting two Englishmen in this town was enough of a coincidence, but for them to know about the Order as well? Granted her outfit wasn't exactly inconspicuous.
"What if I am?" she answered as she turned on her heel to face the two men.
The one who had called out to her smirked as he opened his suitcase, retrieving from it an axe with a short handle, but exceptionally long and broad blade. "I'd suggest you throw off whatever artifacts you have and run for the hills, but honestly, your buddies gave us quite the beating back home not even a week ago. Figured may as well repay the favour. A beating for a beating."
The man's colleague followed suit, retrieving a bulky and heavy looking gauntlet from his case. "Oh by the way, I'm Charles Bale, he's Charles Stanfield. Charles and Charles, matching names and all. To be clear I'm only telling you so that once we're through with you, you can tell your wannabe-knight buddies who they're not supposed to mess with me. If we lay claim to an artifact it's fucking rude for a bunch of walking tin-cans to come in and just rob us off it. Sorry it's gotta be you that's gonna learn the lesson, but that's your luck for ya I guess."
"You two want a... fight?" Marie asked, raising an eyebrow incredulously, clearly not taking the two men seriously.
"Oh, not just want. We're bloody well getting it!" Charles Stanfield yelled trough a grin as he swung his axe down. It released a blade of howling wind, which shot forward towards Marie. Though the girl had hoped that she wouldn't have to waste any time on the two thugs, the chance for that had just slipped away. She ducked under the wind blade and summoned Claircouronne into her hand.
The wind blade of course did not stop after missing Marie of course. It traveled further into the harbour, stopping only when it stuck the side of a sizable ship which had been anchored there. The damaged caused would be enough to drive the owner mad, but perhaps somewhat more tragically the ship's fuel reservoir had been punctured by the wind blade and soon the ship began leaking all of its fuel into the harbour. Within hours the currents would carry it out to sea.
Marie did not pay any attention to that however, she simply focused on the two men ahead of her.
There was some fun to be had in this town after all.

A Japanese tourist had been in town all day. She got off the bus just after dawn and wandered since then. She didn’t draw much more attention than any other tourist coming through. She was polite enough, even if her Italian was terrible. Cute too, in her bright pink panda shirt and oversized glasses. It wasn’t like no tourists came through at all. Sure did take a lot of selfies though. Guess that was normal for the youth these days. Of course, what nobody noticed was that the background of every photo shared a common element. Another young woman with blonde hair, captured from every angle. Walking between fish stalls, she casually sent a whole album of photos to a friend with the caption “found her”.
She slipped away from the fish market and began trying to get closer. That vapid, all-absorbing gaze kept going, attention towards Marie so subtle she didn’t even seem to notice her. She was nearly within range of talking to her when she began to overhear English voices. Her walk slowed and she pretended to admire a creaky old shack by the sea, ohhing and ahhing as she took pictures and listened. So other people had designs on the girl. That wouldn’t do. She peeked around the corner just in time to see an axe striking the ground, blade of metal spawning a rushing blade of wind. Her lax nature instantly vanished and she ran forwards. Today she wasn’t getting paid for a dead girl! She ripped her pink shirt off, revealing a tight, almost-armored-looking black top beneath, dark and scaled-looking. She threw a smoke bomb between the two men and grabbed Marie’s hand. “Go!” She pulled, trying to drag her away from the fight.

It was a lovely day at Luna, Lapis had arrived by ship with her sister in hopes of learning more about magical artifacts, not only was it important to know about these things as a mage, someone might even know something about the stone they found at the cave some time ago! The young mage looked at the mirror inspecting her attire. Dive watch? check. amphibious boots? check. the rest was a set of simple, yet effective seamstress clothes designed to dry as easy as possible, tight shorts and a rashguard. she couldn't wait any longer to swim at such a beautiful sea!
"Laz, I'm heading out, oh and don't forget to put on some sunscreen this time alright? see ya at the deck!"- She told her sister, who was still getting ready.
As Lapis got out of the cabin and onto the deck, the sun and the sea greeted her. she put down her backpack and stretched a little as she took a deep breath. Could things really be this good?. It was at this moment that something struck the ship, nearly making her lose balance.
"What just happened?!"- She said as she looked around. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but the ship had clearly been struck by something! As Lapis leaned from the deck, she managed to see the water below, the ship was leaking fuel! She set the timer for 20 minutes, which was the most she could hold her breath for and dove into the water.
*first things first, the leak*- Lapis moved underwater towards the fuel tank with great speed, clearly enhanced by her water magic, once she got there, she contained the leak by swirling the water around, encasing the fuel under a different pressure. Naturally, she wouldn't be able to do this for long, as the magic kept consuming her mana. Hopefully Lazuli would find a way to stop the leak!

As she was recovering from her possession, Elatha Van Dercycle had to move and train around the world to get stronger if she wanted to save her son. However, even if they wanted to make a move, Fergus's location was a mystery. So a week before, she and Thomas Sillything, her nephew, traveled to the Vatican City to check if there were abnormal activity records from demons and actually, there weren't.
The boy also tried to find or contact Camilla Artalle to check if the angel Dina tried to do something, but he couldn't get in touch. Elatha by other hand stayed quiet about her opinions over the religious city, Catholics and Driaochtas never agreed on anything. The later one always considered a bit odd the idea that most of the members of the other party denied the existence of Angels, or that there were a species related to them. Maybe because that didn't match their religion... Ela just find it complicated. The only thing she told her nephew was to don’t report the incident in New York to the Vatican. It would be better if a Hidden World organization took care of the issue. Elatha knew that the Vatican only cared for the human race, and other species would end up receiving the cold shoulder for not being “In God’s plans”. She didn’t get exactly why Thomas ended up being one of their dogs, but from what the kid told her. Both Derek and he were raised in a small town called Weissenkirchen, in Austria. The only church in the small town was the only place in where they could learn about defending themselves from vampires. But letting all that aside, Elatha didn’t approve of the boy to be used as a toy. Somehow she felt relieved that Derek quit right before the vampire attacks ended. After their first reason to go to Italy, Elatha wanted a quiet place to relax for a moment. The capital was crowded and the sound of cars and people was giving her a headache, so she teleported with Thomas to a quieter place. They were walking on the streets after a nice meal and talking to know each other better. However, Ela couldn’t help glancing towards the Knight in such revealing armor. That didn’t seem to be an efficient design for protection in the battlefield. Thomas by other hand considered that maybe the girl was a cosplayer, doing some photo shoots. It wasn’t strange considering that some places of Italy became popular with a certain Japanese series. However, things changed immediately when two men approached the girl. Stalkers? No, they had Hidden World weapons. Another person dropped a smoke bomb and tried to take away the girl, probably to save her from those men. The two immediatly rushed towards them. Thomas took on of his Colts aiming at one of the British men – Please put your artifacts down and surrender - The harmless smile on the boy's face didn't match the fact that he was ready to pull the trigger Elatha summoned one of her swords, aiming at the other – Yer’ not Turists, right? - Her expression was different from her nephew's. She had an annoyed expression, frowning with her unnatural eye color piercing at the man's soul.

"I'm doing it right now!" Lazuli called out to her sister sounding exasperated. She only got sunburned once when she was a kid, but her family refused to forget about it. Sneakers pattered against the floor as she came out to the deck. Her shirt split toward the bottom letting the sea breeze show off faint abs, the result of daily exercise. And then the ship shook.
Lazuli held on to the door to avoid falling then saw Lapis jumping overboard. Rushing over to see what was happening, she saw fuel rising to the surface. "Hold on just a bit, Lapis!" Not hesitating a second, she ran to her cabin. A row of empty vases was waiting there, opposite a row of filled ones. She went up to one and channeled her magic until a plant started growing. It had four meaty petals excreting a sticky substance and moving as if trying to grab onto something. Snipping the flower off with a pair of scissors, she took it to the side of the boat and dropped it in. Lapis should be able to stick the flower to the hole and stop the leak that way.
The hard part would come after. She was still experimenting with flowers that could be used to clear away oil spills or fuel, and the promising ones couldn't grow on saltwater yet anyway.

Things were all happening rather fast. The little Italian town was probably about to see more action than it had for the entirety of its existence up till now. What had started out as a clash between three individuals suddenly, became a mess with a total of eight people involved. Of course those of those individuals were on the damaged ship and weren't directly involved in the fight which was about to unfold, but there was no guarantee they'd remain passive in all of this.
Marie for her part had been ready to charge at the two men who had challenged her. Before she could dash forward however, someone else got involved, throwing a smoke bomb at the two men. Marie's first instinct was to capitalize on the situation, but someone grabbed her hand while telling her to go. Marie turned her head to see a young girl in some form of combat gear, at the very least more practical than Marie's own. Had the situation been more dire and her opponents more serious perhaps the girl's offer could have been considered. No, even then, Marie had already accepted the duel, she was committed to this fight, running wasn't an option given those circumstances. She yanked her hand from the girl's grasp, clearly somewhat annoyed.
"Who are you? And do you know even the basics of combat etiquette? Intruding on someone else's fight uninvited is uncalled for. And if you really wanted to jump in, maybe ask? There's two of them, I wouldn't have said no to an ally if you actually bothered to address me beforehand." Marie listed his questions and grievances at the girl, clearly more upset about the interruption of the fight than anything else. In part it was simply due to the nature of her opponents. She had heard from both her father and her late sister how often they ran into their sort and how quickly they usually sent them packing. Marie was still of the mind to continue half-asking and half-berating the girl who had apparently come to her rescue, but her admonishments were interrupted when the next attack came.
The choice of a smoke bomb was a somewhat poor one. The smoke which had just a moment ago enveloped the two Charleses was gone, or rather it was condensed. Charles Stanfield was spinning his axe seamlessly in one hand, its wind affinity doing more than its fair share of work, as it absorbed all the smoke and gathered it around the axe.
"Right back at ya!" he yelled as he launched another wind blade, this one carrying the sum total of the smoke the bomb had produced towards the two girls who appeared to be stuck in a one-sided argument.
Just as they were freed from the smoke more trouble awaited them. Two additional new comers appeared and apparently had already decided who their targets were. One of them had guns pointed at them, the other swords. Charles Bale just shrugged at the two.
"Don't take it you'll believe us if we told you we're the victims here?" he sighed as he spoke. "Guess you were right Stan, this is trouble after all." he took out his phone as he raised his gauntlet to the two new arrivals. "Hey Rich. Yeah, yeah, we're gonna need support and maybe an extraction. Sorry, caused a bit of a mess, but just hurry your ass over here for now." he finished the conversation on his phone, putting it away before turning back to the two newcomers.
"Shoot if you must, I'd appreciate it if you could stay out of this though. We're not the bad guys here."

Lapis went ahead and used Lazuli's flower to seal the tank, it was clearly effective as the whole thing stopped leaking almost instantly. The young mage then went up to catch some air.
"Thanks! Now that we got this down, I'm taking this stuff out!"- She said as she used her mana to the fullest, lifting a dark blob of water that held all of the fuel that had been spilled. The large water sphere was then slowly poured right outside the dock into the road, making sure none of it came back to the ocean. Lapis swam towards the deck, finally sighing after all that was done. With water magic, she easily made her clothes dry again.
"Ugh, okay so like, what just happened?"- She said confused, it wasn't long before she noticed the smoke in the distance, as well as the ruckus being made, she squinted, only managing to see a few figures in the distance.
"Laz! see that smoke cloud over there? I think some dudes are going wild on the town, maybe we should go check if anyone's hurt or something...just don't forget my bag before you come down alright? I got like, all the first aid stuff there."- She told her sister all the way from the dock.

Anemone grew more and more baffled the more Marie spoke. Oh no. Oh god. The girl was naive. She was prepared for it when it came to talking to her, but it was worse in action. She had to play nice in a fight. Could she even pull that off? She was pulled from her plotting by the next attack, just like the first, but infused with smoke. Her eyes flashed red for a split second and she seemed to teleport a few feet away, letting the wind blade pass. An eye twitched, red glow fading. From her back she drew her weapon, a short scythe with a ball and chain attached. Just as she began her charge, two newcomers came around the corner and garnered the attention of her enemies. She wouldn’t let an opportunity like that pass. Her scythe flashed out, chain seeming to extend as she tried to hook Charles’ neck. As fast as she attacked, she was flanking, trying to keep his body between her and the other man. Kill quickly. Never get tied down.

The young priest chuckled, he sounded like a child who had just heard a funny silly sound come out of the man - Oh? You're the victims? - The boy raised an ID card, it had a cross on it with shinny golden numbers with a small picture of a rabbit - My apologies! As a Priest from the special division of the Ministry of Holy Affaris from the Vatican City I will acompany you to the police station to testify against this girl
Thomas wasn't going anywhere, and even if he offered such a generous treatment that could even let them get away, his gun was still pointed at the man he was talking to - Please cooperate, we're in front of an important guest - He said as he tilted his head towards Elatha.
By the other hand, the Queen of Driaochtas didn't like how things were going. Thomas was already using the "royalty" card, she sighed but she held her sword tight. She immediatly changed her tone, sounding more authoritative and even elegant. Even if she was wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and boots, a faint aura of great Nobility emaned from her - Try lying to my face again - Her eyes began to shine, her sword did as well, envolved with light blue flames. Before thinking in a new threat she noticed that someone was approaching but she wasn't their target - You won't like to lie to a 444 years old Queen, right?
Thomas immedialty shot, aiming at Bale's legs to immobilize him. As Elatha threw a fireball to distract Stanfield. The Woman grabbed the kid by his arm and immediatly teleported away to have a fair distance from the men. However they were ready for another move
Guess you won't get to relax today, Auntie

"Already have it." Lazuli raised up the bag, her own already on her back. She jumped down into a motorboat and followed Lapis to the docks. It didn't take a genius to figure out what led to their ship getting damaged. It was pure luck that no bystanders were around to witness this supernatural fight, or perhaps the fighters cleared the area ahead of time to avoid breaking the masquerade. Regardless, the real mystery occupying Lazuli was who hit their ship.
The fastest way naturally to ask them straight up. "Alright, you lot, which one of you nearly sunk our ship?" She pointed at the vessel behind her. "You could've caused a huge disaster with your carelessness!"

Before she got a response from the strange girl another attack came from ones of the Charleses. Another blade of wind, this time carrying the smoke which had blinded them a moment ago. Marie casually stepped to the side, avoiding the second wind blast in the last ten minutes. Something told her she'd be doing that a lot that day. What made her raise an eyebrow however was the other girl's response. In the blink of an eye she disappeared and then reappeared a couple feet to the side of where she originally stood.
"Teleportation huh?" Marie asked rhetorically. Approaching the situation and having a smoke bomb ready was already enough of an indicator to Marie that the girl wasn't "normal" per se, but this was a step up. She knew from her father than supernatural beings existed in abundance in the world, but this was the first time she met someone like that. Or at least that's what it appeared to be. Of course the girl could just as well have been using something akin to an artifact hidden on her person. The whole situation warranted some investigation. Perhaps after the mess they were currently in resolved itself they'd be able to sit down and have a chat. Given how the girl had approached her Marie expected her to at least have some passing interest in her. That or she was just a good Samaritan, she'd have to wait and see.
The wind blade of the axe impacted just behind Marie and Anemone, creating a smokescreen behind them.
Charles Stanfield was already preparing a second attack when the two angels started speaking once more.
The Vatican? Police? Important guest?
"The fuck you're on about? We're bloody English. We literally made up a new church to not have to deal with you, why do you think we'd play along with the Catholic secret police?" Stanfield was equally irritated and amused by Thomas. Bale just sighed in exacerbation. He had really hoped they wouldn't turn everyone and anyone against themselves here. Good thing he had called Richard earlier because they'd clearly need him. He was about to strike up another round of negotiations when suddenly the two attacked.
Bullets aimed at him, a fireball at Stanfield.
Bale simply put his gauntlet clad hand forward, lowering it slightly so the bullets wouldn't pass right under it. The moment the projectiles came into the vicinity of the gauntlet they stopped and started orbiting his hand. He held it up for their attackers to see.
"Pretty neat huh? Anyway, I'm gonna appeal to reason once more we really shou-" before he could continue Stanfield interrupted him.
"Fuck! Fuck! FUCK!" Standfield was flailing around with his coat on fire. When the ball had been launched at him he decided to absorb it into his wind-blade same way he did with the smoke. However as he swung his axe into the fireball, it burst in all directions. Although it did create a swirling torrent of fire around his axe... it also set his jacket on fire. Bale sighed and reached over with his, non-gauntlet clad hand to help his partner out of his flaming clothing. He still cautiously kept his other arm up in case another attack came.
Marie observed the exchange and noted that the pair had also teleported once they made their attack. Were they related to the girl? Possible, though they didn't exactly have a uniform look. She was somewhat annoyed more people were butting in. What really caught her interest were two mentions, the Vatican and an important guest. It didn't mean anything, but it was certainly worth a shot to ask.
Marie turned towards the two, who unbeknownst to her were angles and called out to them.
"Hey! You two! I'm looking for the Holy Grail. You wouldn't happen to know anything about that?" she asked in a wholly casual tone. When she had first started she used to keep the fact that she was after the Grail a secret, but having been at it for a bit now, she came to realize that most people didn't care or looked at her strangely. Those who did have a serious reaction could only fall into one of two categories. Either they could help her in her search... or they were potential enemies or obstacles on her quest. Either way she'd rather know than save some face in front of common people.
Just as Marie had struck up a conversation yet another pair joined the fray.
"Oh bloody hell..." Bale sighed with frustration. He was pretty sure they'd be made out to be the bad guys here as well.
Off in the distance, just at the horizon the approach of a small ship could be seen.

It wasn’t teleportation, but Anemone did not correct her companion. She just pulled her scythe back and readied another attack. She had lost the advantage of surprise, but at least their opponents were outnumbered. On the other hand, that would make it harder to take Marie by force if it came to that. She supposed she would worry about that later. Her eyes flared again and she flashed closer, whipping out her scythe again, trying to catch the axe and yank it away. She was just out of slashing range now, staring Charles right in the eyes. Quitely, she spoke for the first time. “Stop fighting and you will live. Keep fighting me and they will never find your body.” She half-whispered, loud enough for him, too quiet for anybody else.

The boy tilted his head as he didn't separate from his aunt's side - Secret police? No, no. The AX is a well known organization in the Hidden World. As well... You're not on England but Italy, sir... You have to follow the Country's law
Elatha kept her mouth shut, she wasn't catholic as well but the boy had to do his job. She chuckled when Stanfield began to burn by her flames. With a snap of her fingers they disappeared, leaving nothing but the burning sensation. The girl these two british men were attacking came to ask her something, both nephew and aunt tilted their heads
The Holy Grial exist? - Thomas asked Elatha, with certain doubt
"Grail" - She corrected him before answering Marie - Sorry kiddo, but I don't know where it could be. And from what I've heard no matter how worthy you are, or having direct bloodline to King Arthur. Only it's guardian can decide if to give it to ya' or not - She explained as she tried to remember what once she learned from her father's books.
Sounds complicated... - The boy complained - But why are you being chased by them? Are you a cosplayer getting kidnapped or what? - Thomas asked Marie this time
Hey, hey... I don't think this is about her clothin'... even if its a bit revealin' - The older woman tried to shut his nephew, at least she didn't want him to sound too rude
My bad, Auntie! And so sorry miss!- The young priest immediatly apologized
Then, two girls appeared. For Thomas they reminded him of a character from a certain popular video-game... But he wasn't going to let his weeb side to stand too much. For Elatha, it seemed that the men they were fighting were causing more damage and more problems than just annoying a young girl.
Yo! - She cleared her throat - These fuckers over here! - She pointed at the Charleses.
The more the merrier, and this guys will have to retreat and stop being a pain in the ass

Lapis took a step forward, she did not want to fight, but they had to stop
"It doesn't matter who did it, Laz, we need both sides to stand down right now!"- She said with a tone of authority that did not match the looks of the young girl whatsoever.
Looking at the situation, it was hard to tell who exactly was in the right here, the team of hysterical women, or those rather shady guys?
"so, what is it going to be? can we all walk our separate ways, or do we have to kick some butt right now?"- She told both sides while standing next to her twin sister. Lapis wasn't exactly a great fighter, but they didn't have to know that.

Lazuli pouted at Lapis's casual dismissal. "But we need to know who needs to be fined for a potential ecological disaster. Or who can pay up at least." It probably wasn't the young blond. She spent so much money on her knight costume she could barely afford to cover herself. The Japanese tourist visiting Europe probably had money, though not likely enough to cover ship damage. Pestering a priest and his aunt for money seemed rude. So that left the brits with the suitcases!
"You! The British folks! I bet you're the ones who did it! If you pay for the damage you caused and leave these people alone, you can go unscathed." Lazuli folded her arms, standing shoulder to shoulder with her sister. The twins surely looked confident enough in their bluff.

Charles and Charles had become barely a footnote in Marie's mind. She had gotten excited for a fight when the two confronted her, but by now so many people had intruded that Marie had no intent to keep things going. Besides, some of the people that showed up were a lot more interesting than her would be adversaries at any rate. Although the girl who had initially come to her apparent rescue was piquing Marie's interest in her own right, the young knight was currently focused on the boy from the Vatican and his important guest. The woman had not dismissed her question about the Holy Grail, not fully at least. She did effectively dissuade Marie from pursuing it, but that alone confirmed two things about the woman. First, she believed the Grail to exist. Second, she had some insight into its nature.
This also was enough for Marie to rather casually, considering the circumstances, walk over to the boy and the woman whom he referred to as auntie. She was about to address the woman, but couldn't really make herself skip over the comment the boy made about her appearance.
"Cosplayer? Really now? I'd hope my uniform leaves more of an impression than some cheap cosplay." as Marie spoke she gave the boy a little twirl, offering him a 360 degree view of her outfit, while at the same time causing the flaps of her jacket to rise slightly, exposing more of her legs and providing a far more indecent display of her body in general.
"Anyway, sorry to bother you lady, but mind elaborating any of that? Sounds to me you know a thing or two about the Grail... though to be honest I'm not sure all of it matches up with what I'm privy to." Marie spoke in a confident voice, making it seem a lot more like she's trying to cross-confirm some facts rather than her prodding for information. It was true that her father had told her about the Grail and that she knew some things. But his teachings were always more... abstract. What she knew was far less likely to be practical in her search than what this woman seemed to know.
At the same time, Bale and Stanfield were not having a good time.
"Yeah! For once I agree with the new arrival. I vote we stand down, go our separate ways!" Bale yelled out, for once feeling like things were ever so slightly turning into their favour.
Of course the other girl was already working on dismantling that good fortune. Apparently she was trying to pin a fine on them as well now? Bad enough they were gonna have their teeth knocked out, but having to pay up? Now that was terrifying. The two of them were used to semi-regular beatings, it just sorta came with their profession, but a hit to the wallet hurt a lot more than one to the head. It was time and effort lost in the most frustrating manner. He didn't even have to consult Stanfield to know how he felt about all of this. They were getting out of there without giving that girl a shilling, even if it cost a limb or two. Only question was, whose limbs was it gonna be.
Stanfield in the meantime was fully focused on Anemone and especially her threat. Given that the flames which had been consuming his jacket had gone out he could turn his attention back to fighting once more. At her words, Stanfield let out a high pitched whistle.
"Big words for a little girl. You know, if I was any less of a gentleman I'd promise to do unsavory things to you. Lucky for you I'm not a degenerate though, so I think I'll just give you a proper beating!" Stanfield accepted her attack, letting it wrap around his axe and immediately yanked it forward while keeping a firm grip on it. As soon as he did so, he swung the axe down, launching a blade of wind towards Anemone hoping that she'd stumble into it from the strength of his pull.
Off in the distance the ship was getting closer.

The young priest of 20 years old immediatly covered his eyes with one hand as he tried to take of his coat to offer it to her. In the middle of him blushing, his voice cracked of embarrassement.
I-If I were you I-I would question myself if the designer of this """uniform""" is a degenerate! It doesn't even look that it will protect you and no excuses about artifacts or magic! - He said before his aunt got a chance to even question Marie's attire as well.
But doesn't she look like the characters on those games you have on your--- - The older woman was cut by the boy who was covering her mouth. She didn't react as if it was the most natural thing between them. Once the boy calmed down she gently removed his hand. Elatha listened to the girl, she was an obstinated, cocky one... And one a bit too naive to believe that what she was taught or told was the entire true. Shrugging she answered her - I'm sorry kiddo, but what I've said is what I remember from when I studied with my father 200 years ago.. I guess - She didn't even remember when did she study it... or if it was just the basic before running out of the classroom only to have Gallerian searching for her for around 3 hours
Auntie, how long does driaochta's live again? - The boy asked while he stared at the other Charleses that seemed to calm dow- no, one was still fighting with the oriental girl.
Well... with an almost obsessive healthy life we can live until we're 600 years old... - She answered, snapping her neck. At least the girl didn't ask about "the special guest" someone like Marie wouldn't believe that Ela was in fact the special guest... Thomas probably said that too compliment her or sound more important. Ela didn't mind for as long as her Royal status wasn't revealed.
Oh, crap... That long? - The boy sighed. Seriously? Such a long life? And what he was going to do with such amount of time? He didn't want to study, and working until he was around his 600 in the Vatican seemed a nightmare. Derek probably knew about these things, and something crossed his mind, something that made him feel... guilty? Yes, Derek was possessed, Ela was still healing but... He suddenly felt bad for being the one spending time with her. He avoided to look at Marie and Ela as he attempted to check out what the british men were going to do

"Hey! they aren't stopping! Let's force them to, Laz!"- Lapis replied as she took out her toy water gun and then controlled the water in her canteen so that it would go inside the gun, with a squeeze of the trigger she let out the pressurized shot, the attack was powerful enough to slice through concrete, and it was aimed at the tangled weapons, looking to disarm both the Japanese girl and the Englishman or at the very least, make them stop.
Wether the shot worked or not, Lapis began collecting more water from the sea, making it float towards her water gun for yet another shot.
"Let's focus on the guy with the axe, if we stop him, this problem should be over!"- She told her sister as she readied herself for another shot.

Anemone was trying not to pay attention to the nonsense around her, but the conversations around were peeving her deeply. Everybody could swarm these fools and kill them, but they were just talking! About nothing! The only think that kept her listening was Thomas revealing himself. He was weak to sex. If she needed to manipulate him, that was something to use. That was later though. Now it was time to kill this man. She wasn’t surprised that he pulled back. It was one of two basic responses to make. Combining it with another swing down was also anticipated, and she was already gone when he did it. She had used his tug to catapult herself over his head.
A smoke plume from nowhere wreathed her ball and chain, transforming it to another scythe. She pulled it back, ready to throw. Unsavory things. This man thought he could expose Anemone to something worse than she had already seen? He was lucky she didn’t give a damn about retribution, or she wouldn’t grant him a quick death. Then the water came. Her weapon was slapped right from her hand and a brief shower fell over her head. She blinked once, then curled her body. Before she hit the ground, she had drawn two short, curved knives from her shoes. She spent no time wondering, just lunging forward and moving to stab her enemy under the ribs while he was distracted.

The fighters didn't seem willing to stop just yet. Lapis suggested they focus on the axe guy.
"Sure, but this girl seems just as willing to fight as he does..." Lazuli said. "I think we need to incapacitate them all before we can extor- get them to pay!"
Lazuli reached into her bag and pulled out a couple of seeds. She crushed them in her hands and threw the powder at the ground near Anemone and the axe-wielding Charles. Then she summoned her thorny staff and lunged at Charles's legs, trying to sweep them. Then it was time for the magic. The powder she'd spread would turn into sprouting grass, growing past any normal limits, taller than either Charles. The grass blades would then try to envelop him and Anemone to stop this fight.
