"This town, Klementvis, is a mere spot on the map. With this disease spreading through the town, it risks being wiped off the map. Already a family has died, wasting away slowly over weeks. Now nine more seem to be following. It starts with necrotic wounds on the neck and fatigue, growing worse over the course of roughly two weeks. I believe it is caused by some form of vampire, but I am afraid I am no expert in the forms who do not require medical assistance." A weathered old man typed into an email addressed to Eve Harper of the Wild Hunt. He hoped assistance would arrive before the sun went down again. He could not allow this situation to become worse.
Just outside the tiny town. Under heavy clothing, his features were difficult to read, little more than some green tufts of hair poking out beneath his hat. He shuddered as the sun set. He would have to shelter in the town, like it or not. He looked to the sky and considered taking off. But with how cold it was, he wasn't taking off anytime soon. He sighed through his scarf and trudged on.

“What a dim, boring little hovel.” A joyful voice lilted from the passenger seat, the driver quiet to her words. “Mmm...but that's goooood. Isn't it~” A soft, sultry purr of her words while she leaned her head against her fist, manicured nails of the other hand tapping against the driver’s thigh rhythmically. “Small little towns…some would say, it wouldn't matter if they got wiped off the face of the earth. Especially if some awwwwful incident happened, hm?” The soft rumble of the engine began to subside as the barest traces of the town could be seen in the distance. The woman’s hand slowly rose against the driver’s upper thigh and she turned gently in her seat to face them, fingertips tracing across their jaw while slipping beneath the dark glasses they wore. “Oh gosh, how ever will I pay you for your kindness. Driving me all the way here so I didn't get cold. Here, let me make sure you're as warm as I am…” With a gentle whisper, the once unresponsive driver whimpered in sheer delight, their visible eyes cloudy and distant while they turned to look at her, joy emanating from their expression. With a small smile, she leaned in while climbing over their lap, lips connecting in a heated and wanting embrace. However, the driver began to jerk violently from the chest, gasping against her cloying presence...but she just leaned in harder, forcing them back against the seat. Soon after, all that was left were tire tracks in the ground and a body, lovingly dismembered, left strewn between trees in the woods.
Window rolled down, Amai hummed as she made her way to the small hovel, her red nails knocking against the door. Unluckily for Ron, the driver of the stolen vehicle spotted the trudging form and came slowly to their side. Leaning out of the window was a tanned woman with bountiful red hair, the ends just slightly curled and brought into one large ponytail. Her luminescent pink gaze looked on him with keen interest, a wide smile on her lips. “Yoohoooo, need a ride into town? Seems I'm heading the same way.~” Who would have guessed that such a harmless question could be spoken with such ill intent. “It's awful cold, isn't it?~” Smiling widely, she patiently waited, nails clicking away at the truck’s door.

Ron grumbled and slowed when he heard the purr of an engine. Great, people. Still, he would be grateful for a warm car. He stuck out a thumb as the truck came into view. He swallowed a spiteful response when Amai called to him and walked to the side. "Very cold." He grouchily agreed. He had luckily bathed in a stream recently, so he wouldn't be kicked out for his smell. As they puttered into town, he noticed the distinct lack of anybody out. He knew it was a small town, but there weren't even lights on at the 24/7 gas station. Whatever. "Let me out here." He demanded. He could pick the locks and get himself some food if she left him alone.

Amai smiled with the same satisfaction a cat would when it'd found a cornered mouse. With a delighted hum, she pulled her head back into the cabin of the truck and drove, suspiciously quiet while she took just the faintest moment to look at her surroundings. Drab, dingy, and worst of all...boring. There was nobody out at all and the disappointment she felt over the lack of playthings was almost palpable...until Ron's cranky tone brought her out of it; his words issued only a small chuckle from her. The woman, wearing a black, ridiculously cropped top with long sleeves, coupled with a pair of unbelievably tight black pants and matching heels turned to the unfortunate passenger, a soft click of her tongue as she reached forward, fingers intent to gently grasp at his chin in a touch a little too intimate, frighteningly false in its love. "Oh you poor thing, you've got the look of someone awful hungry...and all alone in the cold, to boot. Sure you want to go? I'll keep you nice and warm, at least.~" Her eyes seemed too vibrant, literally glowing in the small space as the engine puttered quietly. Slowly, a pleasing scent cloyed the small, cramped space and her eyes began to close slightly, half-lidded as she gave a dangerous smile. "I wouldn't be so eager to walk into an empty town anyways, I promise I can give you plenty of entertainment that you won't get there.~"

Ron instantly reacted, slapping away Amai's hand. "Don't you dare touch me!" His shout filled the small space. "I'm not your plaything. I'm not into women anyway." He snarled, backing away to the door. The smell surprised him. Was she Hidden World? Was she Flipside!? A sudden panic flooded him, channeled by anger. "I don't know who the fuck you are, but I'm going to fold you up and stuff you under the hood if you make a move." Before she could inevitably fuck up and get kicked through the door, something pounded the vehicle with enough force that the right wheels left the ground for an instant. Ron was tossed into Amai's lap by the force. "Oh, that does it!" Mistaking the shift for her doing, he threw a punch for her chin, something white beginning to flow over his hand.

In one instant, she was amused, but like a switch she immediately flipped. The force of the car jarring itself made her look out the window with annoyance more than anything; why did so much shit like getting in her way? However, feeling the feisty lad on her lap made her chuckle, his next attempted move did not. With hidden force, Amai gripped with a hold of steel around his wrist and made to shive it back, hissing her words dangerously behind her faux smile. “I wouldn't do that if I were you. Here, let me grant you that request to leave.” With her free hand, she moved for Ron’s throat to force him back onto the dashboard behind him, while turning just slightly to place her heel on the door of the truck.
With the faintest groan of the truck trying to fight the force pushing its interior, it silenced as soon as the tearing of metal called instead. With enough force behind her single kick, Amai had kicked the door straight off its hinges and following the kick, she made a throw with Ron’s captured wrist to send him after it. “Now let's see what's going on here.~”

Ron felt a strange tingle when he was grabbed, but he was hurled free before it could really set in. He bounced into one of the gas pumps and pulled himself to his feet. "MOTHERFUCKER! I WILL RIP YOUR LIPS OFF!" He stomped towards the truck, but paused when he saw the figure standing before it. Even in darkness, Ron could instantly tell it wasn't a human. Hands that were more nail than finger shoved the truck again with a force belied by withered muscles. "Get your ass out of there!"
Ron yelled to Amai. She was a pain in the ass, but this thing clearly was worse. At his yell, it shuffled its body around to look at him like its neck was too stiff to turn and Ron got a look at its face, confirming it was no human. Its lips were tattered scraps, having given way to teeth that had extended past their living positions by an almost cartoonish degree, forming a solid row of sharpened teeth like bloody piano keys. The nose was upturned and pointed up at the eyes, little more than dim pits, fishy dead eyes staring up from the bottom of a black well. The thing shuffled forward in a clumsy lurch that was bizarrely silent for its shambling movement, eyes coming to life when they fixed on Ron's, lighting up with desperation.

“Oh Darling, I DARE you.” The word “dare” was spoken in a most heated fashion, as if the word itself were filled with unbridled passion. The ones that fought her always made her the hottest, their bite and fight appealing and endearing...like a puppy that nibbled instead of cuddled.
However, the enjoyment was short lived as she hopped from the truck, heels clicking against the ground ad she turned to face the disgusting creature, her upper lip curling with distaste. “Well well. Aren't you fucking ugly.” With its attention fixed onto Ron, Amai summoned her trident from nothingness, pulling her power behind her one good arm and giving it a fatal throw, aiming to pike the distracted beast straight through the back.

The creature was hit full in the back and knocked flat on its face. It stayed for a second, still as the corpse it was. Then it slowly rose off the ground, tilting vertical and falling onto its feet without moving a muscle. Its arm snapped back to grab the trident and ripped it free with motions like a puppet. It threw the trident back at Amai a moment before Ron landed a kick on its head. Its neck snapped to the side and it looked at Ron sideways for a second before it whipped out an arm, grabbing the front of his puffy coat. A tongue flopped out of its jagged mouth with a deep rattle. Ron struggled but found a surprisingly strong grip holding him in while its jagged teeth lacerated his flesh and the tongue lapped at the blood.
"Ugh, let go!" Ron threw a punch that slammed its head right into the ground, whole body horizontal for a second. The creature's tongue retreated into its gaping mouth and it rose back to its feet again before hovering backwards into the darkness. "Get back here!" Ron yelled, charging to throw another punch, but he found nothing where it vanished. Ron stopped and blinked until a voice came from the other direction. "Hello! Are you Miss Harper's friends? Are you harmed?" A papery-skinned old man walked into dim view, hand glowing with a strange blue light that cast an eerie glow over the gas station.

"Eugh, nasty little thing." Amai waved her hand as it tore free her trident, the weapon dissipating with a puff of pink smoke. Seems just stabbing it wasn't enough... As Ron began the perilous struggle with the beast, Amai cracked her knuckles slightly, sighing as she lamented over how ugly her hands would look in this thing's blood; she'd just gotten her nails done too! When she began her slow walk, rather enjoying the suffering of the indignant boy, Amai hadn't even crossed the small space between them before it disappeared into the darkness. Giving a shrug of her shoulders, not seeming concerned in the slightest, she set her hands on her bare hips and smiled widely while looking upon the slightly scuffed Ron. "Ooh, good hit Darling, maybe it's going to lick its wounds like it did yours.~"
At the sound of a voice, she turned her head slightly, letting out a faint "hm?" Seeing the old man, Amai smiled widely, attention shifting as she turned on her heel to face him. "Well aren't you just precious and teetering at death's door. Miss Harper? Ohooo...I can't believe people call her that." Snickering happily, Amai sighed in delight soon after, thinking of the lovely big woman back at the office. "Unfortunately, I'd say I am at least. That woman's so hard to woo...as for this one..." She stuck her thumb out in reference to Ron behind her, looking all to happy as she spoke. "I'm not sure who the feisty bum is. Someone who takes a tumble really well.~"

Ludomir tipped a broad hat in the direction of the newly minted vampire hunters. "Hello, I am Ludomir Malvus." He spoke in a soft Eastern European accent. He turned his head and saw Ron holding his neck. "Young man! Allow me to tend to that!" He insisted, pulling woolen gloves off to reveal hands of steel. Ron eyed him with suspicion. "I won't pass up free healthcare I guess... fine." Ron warily submitted and Malvus swiftly did his work.
"Yes, just a scrape, just like the others. And you're already healing. That's good. Still, I should disinfect this, just to be sure." Ludomir's glowing hand passed over the wound, not leaving so much as a tingle. He swiftly laid on a few bandages and stepped away. "Just talk to me if you feel weak." He instructed Ron. Ron rolled his eyes and stood. "Please, you should come with me to my hotel room. It's best not to be out at night here, as you have discovered." Ludomir turned and gestured for them to follow. Ron shrugged and followed. The cold was already setting in again and he would kill to spend the night indoors.

"Aren't you just an absolute sweetheart!~" Amai praised with a chiming voice, approaching the old man who'd shown Ron such kindness, hoping she could get the chance to do the same. Unlike Ron, she didn't attempt to approach him, giving him a once over as she tried to see how much of the man was really steel... Her gaze was scraping, like a knife, and anyone with enough instinct would feel uncomfortable by it. Yet with a wide smile as she stooped down, her heels giving her height much more of a boost, she tapped her darkened bottom lip softly with a small hum as a puff of pink smoke lifted from her mouth. "Giving me a place to stay, I'll remember that. Let us go, shall we?" With a small wink, she stood back up, sliding her hands into her tight pockets and abandoning the truck she'd stolen. Amai had to remember, killing the person who gave her the mission wasn't a smart idea, seeing as how Eve was just now letting her take these kinds of missions again...

"Please, I'm just a doctor." Ludomir humbly corrected and pulled his gloves back on. The small inn he was staying in wasn't far, owing to nothing in this town being very far from any other spot. The inn itself was empty, with nobody even at the front desk, all the way up to Ludomir's room. He opened the door and flicked a light. The room was small. One bed, cramped bathroom. The desk with Ludomir's laptop was crowded into the corner. "Please, sit down. I should explain the situation." Ludomir himself took the chair, laving the bed for his guests.
Ron gladly hopped onto the bed. Softness was a rare quality when it came to sleep. He would be starving in the morning but it was worth it. "First, could you two introduce yourselves?" Ludomir asked, looking between the two. "Ron." The green haired man mumbled from the bed. "Just Ron?" "Yes." "Very well." Ludomir nodded, seeing no need to pry.

"A seat, don't mind if I do." In a movement that was both grandiose, graceful, and ridiculous, Amai seated herself onto Ludomir's lap. With an arm held upwards, she ran her palm along the air and spoke out happily. "My name is Amai. No last name, no need, just Amai." With a promiscuous smile, she brought her hand back down and rested her cheek against her now folded fist, her eyes glowing brightly while she gave a fanged smile. "Seeing as how Eve sent me, I can only assume that you've got a problem that needs quite the...beating. I excel in that category, among other things..." While she spoke, she walked her fingers along the front of his chest, looking over to Ron for a brief moment in interest, still smiling widely. "Ron? What a cute name. Say, bum, that was quite a hit you gave that thing...are you here trying to muscle in on my job?" The jovial tone left her for a moment, her gaze seeming more sinister than anything while she twirled a strand of her red hair between her fingers, acting as if this entire situation were simply casual.

Ludomir startled when Amai jumped into his lap. "Amai, please get off me and don't do that again." he grumbled, not shoving her off with great self control. She reminded him of somebody he met decades ago. He wasn't so calm back then of course. What was her name? He had forgotten for the moment being. Ron ignored Amai's taunt, already fast asleep. "Let him rest. You should sleep as well if you require it. I would like to know for medical reasons what you two are. It would be helpful in the future." Hopefully they weren't unique beings not in his databases.

Amai fell as gracefully as one could when being shoved off, glaring slightly at the man who suddenly seemed much less adorable. When she stood, it was slowly and she cracked her neck from side to side, smiling widely to better show her sharpened teeth. “Succubus.” She replied curly, sitting on the bed and crossing one leg over the other in a single motion.
Kickimg her heels off, Amai stretched her arms high above her head, musing loudly. “Do I require sleep...hmm. No. Don't think so. Now I think that's enough questions from you. It's MY turn.” While she spoke, Amai casually began to...strip. Working on removing her pants first; the woman hated ‘sleeping’ in clothes. “What nasty little fucker was that in the city? It sure took a hit or several and I don't get contacted for just normal beasts.”

"Wait... you!" Ludomir stood and glared down at Amai. It had been decades since this thing had crossed his path, but he still remembered the wanton behavior the succubus displayed at every opportunity, and while the years changed Ludomir, he could tell they had no effect on Amai. He took a moment to collect his thoughts and walked to the closet. "You will sleep on the cot. And you will keep yourself under control tomorrow." He wasn't going to try forcing her to keep her clothing on. It would do no good even if she did. He pulled the fold out cot from the closet and tossed some blankets atop it.

"Who? Me?” Amai smiles widely. She knew not who Ludomir was, just some cute old man that was already wearing on her very fragile nerves. “Know me, darling?” She taunted as she stood, stretching at her full height with a noise of delight. Her hands scooped down and grasped at her shirt, tugging it over then off, leaving her in ridiculous lingerie that she presented brazenly, and fully while stretching across the flimsy cot.
Amai seemed amiable enough...until he started ordering her. Giving a low chuckle, she propped her head on her hand while tugging her hair from the strap that held it up, tossing long red curls around while she merely glared. “Are you… ordering me?” Rising slowly, Amai crept towards the man, a predatory stance to her walk, her shape shifting in the blink of an eye. It was always a questionable sensation to witness, especially up close; for one moment she was one thing, then another the next. “I don't think you understand how this works.” Her high and amused voice turned deeper, a growling masculine purr. The height changed, a towering figure with skin, hair, and eyes the same and he leaned over Ludomir, smiling with no humor behind it. “YOU don't give me orders. Nobody does. I'll only let you know that just this once. I will do what I want, where I want, and WHO I want.” With a chuckle, the man in lingerie went back to the cot, hopping down and causing it to creak. “You're lucky I'm on thin ice with Eve as it is.~ I would love to tear you limb from old limb and fashion the best coat-rack from you.~”

"I am the customer. I do, in fact, give orders. Eve seems like a reasonable young lady. I'm sure she will take my word when I give her a review of your behavior. Good night, Amai." Ludomir lay on the opposite side of the bed as Ron and soon was asleep.
At 6, Ron was jolted awake by the alarm Ludomir had set. "Fucking hell, what time is it!?" He yelled, sitting up on the bed. He startled when he saw Amai in his cot. When the hell did this guy get here? He looked around and didn't see Ludmir anywhere. He should probably just leave now, but there was still a chance for a warm meal and a shower, and that was motivation enough for him.

Amai didn't necessarily ‘sleep’. Sleeping for him was more of an act, something he pretended to do instead of actually manage; it was closer to meditation more than anything else. Hence, Amai was BORED and the more bored he was, the more he could feel the gaping hole that was his appetite. Gods was he starving…
Upon the alarm clock that was Ron’s voice, the man stirred beneath his sheets, lower half of his face hidden beneath the thin pillow...but the slight shift of his eyes lighting up, the tilt showing his hidden smile, showed how amused he was with the act. “Well good morning, you sure sleep like a rock, it was painfully hard to leave you alone.” Chuckling, he sat up, having removed even more clothes through the night. With blankets balled at his waist, it was painfully apparent that he was entirely naked, yet he didn't seem so much as phased. His dark, red curls glistened beneath the pale light filtering through the curtains and his smile was enticing, to say the least. “Or maybe I didn't leave you alone. Which do you wager, hm?~” Amai was starving and breakfast was long overdue.
