I am Dan Drake, avatar of the Primal Roar. I am at longitude 113 latitude 70 in a remote region of Siberia. And I am making an army. My many mates bear me hundreds of children. My numbers grow daily, as does my own power. In the end, every human on earth and everything else more clever than a chimpanzee will be replaced with the slavering things that I have spawned. So come stop me before I do something we all regret.

What's going on:
Dan Drake, a talented martial artist, has been taken over by his dark side- the control of an ancient, insane deity. Taken in by a cult dedicated to the worship of the Primal Roar, he has fathered monstrous children with the side effect of warping his mates. His own power grows over time, and with his army he may soon be unstoppable, overrunning the world with monsters.
Rules:
That was of course just one possible hook! Just discuss with me if you want in but weren't specifically addressed and I'll help you think of a hook. And no, if your character was invited, they don't need to come. High-level characters are recommended, although mid-tier is also fine. We're starting after Osaka and Lake, so those of you worried about time can relax a touch.
