About the BHA
The Bounty Hunter Association is a global organization that employ Bounty Hunters, individuals who hunt and capture criminals for a reward, who single goal is to sweep away the criminals of the world like trash on the street. The BHA exist outside of any normal law enforcement agency or government organization so that our Bounty Hunters can work outside the law when the case calls for it, Because of this Bounty Hunters and the BHA are usually looked down upon by members of other organizations like the JHWAB and Wild Hunt. They are usually refer to as greedy, chaotic, mercenaries with a badge or lawless dogs. All the Bounty Hunters employed by the BHA follow a set of codes which are created and enforce by the higher ups of the BHA. While the BHA is a global organization there exist 3 main branches located in the U.S., Japan, and Russia with a main headquarters in these countries and several smaller locations across the globe. There is also a fourth branch that governs over the three. The BHA is over seen by the collective group of group a President and below him are 7 chairmen who govern certain aspects of the BHA. All Bounty Hunter are licensed and have at least some amount of training to be a bounty hunter to prevent casualties and follow the Star Ranking system to keep everyone safe and ensure the best possible scenario. Bounties can be submitted by anyone and then are processed through the BHA's logistic division who assign star rank, reward money, and divide it between the 3 branches.
Branches of the BHA
There are currently 3 major branches of the BHA that exist in Japan, Russia, and the U.S., each headed by a chairman elected by the bounty hunters of that branch. The Branches also have a unique code name associated with them.
Along with these branches smaller branches have also popped up every once in a while some last longer than others and some disappear as fast as the wind. They are usually labeled as Sub Branches under the current main 3 with their own Sub Branch Head however they still must obey the same rules that the other do.

Most Bounty Hunters or (BHs) have a bad representation and there is a good reason for this, because of the lack of a government authority over them and their BH licenses working as a get out of jail free card for all expect the most heinous actions, Bounty Hunters are usually a bit carefree when it comes to collateral damage. BHs are usually brash, loud, blunt, and have a generally disregard for any and all government agencies and officials while searching for their bounties they work with the care and caution of a raging F-5 tornado never afraid to lay waste to blocks of cities to catch one target. There is a bit of variation between the three branches for example the American Branch is usually the most destructive while there seems to be some discipline among the Japanese and European branches (this is most likely a result of their Branch Presidents.) BHs are usually extreme competitive when it comes to catching bounties because of the money involved they are not above one upping or sabotaging another Bounty Hunter so that they can get the bounty for themselves. For this reason they are usually loners or work alone rarely ever partnering up however despite the competitive not only amongst each other (and especially other branches) BHs usually stick together in time of crisis and have one another back.

Every bounty hunter in the BHA must have a license that registers them as an official bounty hunter in their branch, every license displays the bounty hunter’s name, epithet, branch, age, star rank, along with other important information. A BH license cannot be revoked unless in the extreme circumstance in which the President of the BHA himself orders one to be revoked (something so rare its unheard).However a license can be suspended by a Branch Leader or one of the 7 President’s Chairmen for a length of time they fine appropriate. Under no circumstance will a bounty hunter be issued a second license at which one they must take the BH Exam again and start from the bottom of the ranking system. The license grants special privileges to a bounty hunter for example acting like a passport, ID, social security card, etc. all in one, along with:
The BH license also contains a tiny tracking chip that allows the BHA to track the location of all current bounty hunters.

Artemis: The Hunter’s Single Decisive Arrow
Often referred to as the “Wild Card” of the three main branches of the BHA, the American Artemis Branch, is known for their reckless, destructive, brash, and blunt tactics. The other two branches usually view the bounty hunters of the Artemis branch as trigger happy cowboys (quite ironic considering many of them have a cowboy theme to them including one particularly famous Gunslinger) and the US bounty hunters are more than happy to accept that label. Their Branch President is Merrick Ajax who holds the title of the Most Destructive Bounty Hunter their main headquarters is located just outside of Death Vegas and doubles as the branches bar of choice called the Tequila Mockingbird. There are a total of 150 bounty hunters in the Artemis Branch across the US, 60% are unranked no Star bounty hunters 20% being Bronze Star rank 15% have a Silver Star ranking and 5% having a gold star rating. However among the Gold Stars BHs there are five who are the most famous and powerful. These 5 Gold Stars are referred to as the Gold Star Gauntlet*.

Merrick Ajax (Rank: Branch President): Known as the Most Destructive Bounty Hunter, a title fitting the Branch President of the Artemis Branch, Merrick is a man confident in his strength and abilities by wise enough to know when to use them and this is what makes him the most dangerous. He often does his best to try and control his extreme emotions but this often leads to his powers to leak outwards slightly shaking and trembling the building or environment he is in. Along with his innate ability to generate “Quake Fields” that create violent earthquakes he wields a massive axe made from the incredibly dense and heavy black steel known as Discipline. The bounty hunters under him are often referred to him as Chief.
Jaxx Ignus “The Ignition Soul” (Rank: Gold Star*): The rock star of the Artemis Branch, Jack is loud, arrogant, cocky, and reckless. If the collective attitude and personality of the Artemis Branch was ever given physical form it would be Jaxx Ignus. However it is because of his reckless attitude that Jaxx is unlikely to ever be nominated as the Artemis Branch President. He only seeks out the most dangerous and powerful bounties and holds no punches when attempting the job. He has a record collateral damage cost of over 253,000,000$. His epithet comes from his weapon the Burning Edge and his ability to ignite the very air with his inferno like aura.
Susannah “Midnight Butterfly” Dean (Rank: Gold Star): Susannah is quiet and reserved, she escaped a trouble past to be trained by a legendary assassin and sword master to become the world renowned Bounty Hunter she is today. She has a love for nearly all things dearly with the Japanese culture especially their sweets and weapons. She values justice and honor above all else and believes being a Bounty Hunter (in any branch) is a privilege not to be taken lightly. She wields the razor sharp katana Kurochō with her signature technique the Hirahira Suteppu.
Marten Kinguards “The Great General” (Rank: Gold Star*): Marten Kinguards is the man many suspect will be the next president of the BHA when the current president steps down. He has many followers, fans, and admires in the not only the Artemis Branch but the BHA as well. In his youth he was known as the “King’s Voice” tracking down and bringing in some top tier bounties. Now well past his prime he is known as “The Great General” and while he doesn’t actively participates in the hunting bounties he has lead and commanded over a 1,000 hunts and battles in the BHA’s history bringing together many Bounty Hunters who work under him. He treats each one as family and only asks for loyalty and a piece of their earnings in return. However should a threat come that forces him to actively go to battle the “King Voice” has no problem returning in all his glory.
Alexander Stronheim “The King’s Shield” (Rank: Silver Star): Alexander works under Marten Kinguards in the Great Alliance (the name of the large group of Bounty Hunters the Great General often directs) as one of his Paladin.. Not much is known about the Paladin not even what he looks like as he is usually covered from head to toe in thick silver knight like armor. Alexander is extremely loyal to Marten and defends the man whenever he believe his life or honor is threaten earning him his epithet “The King’s Shield.” He holds a disdain for anyone who would dare undermine Marten’s orders even if they may be another bounty hunter or Paladin. He wields a large polearm like axe that doubles as a high powered cannon in one arm and large shield in the other.
“Flash of Light” Lizzie Macintosh (Rank: Silver Star): The ever charismatic and delightful Lizzie is a fan favorite among many bounty hunters. She is frequently featured in the BH magazine and show as the Bombshell of the Month. She loves and craves the attention she gets as it strengthens her already overflowing confidence. However Lizzie is not all good lucks and bubbly personality she is among the fastest bounty hunters in the BHA because her ability to focus and light along light particles on her feet earning her the nickname Flash of Light.
Hanzo Kagemori “The Eastern Winds” (Rank: Silver Star): A former rogue samurai from the east he was banished from his homeland and from his clan he was forced to come to the west and took up work as bounty hunter. Hanzo would combine the extremes of western and eastern cultures in almost all forms as he would modify the sword he stole form his family shrine combining it with gunpowder weapons giving it the name, Kayaku Tatsumaki. His sword combined with his control over the Wind NE has earned him a fearsome reputation, his nickname, along with his signature technique: Sabaku no Senpū.
Lucio “DJ Silver STAR!!!” Copeland (Rank: Silver Star): Hailing from Harlem New York, Lucio is as loud and in your face as the music blasting from his boom box speakers. An aspiring DJ, Lucio wanted to make a difference in his neighborhood and bring passion to the lives of those less fortunate. He slowly began to grow in the underground music network and when some gang members threaten the club he was playing and later his beloved neighbor he found the life of bounty hunter to be a great way to fund his DJing and gain more fame. His dream is to open up a nightclub where he can DJ full time and bring passion to everyone life. The Silver Star DJ carries around a boom box that can transform into mechanic gauntlets that can the sound waves from his music as deliberating weapons.
Hungry Hunter-Wendigo Wilson "The Storm Soul"(Rank: Silver Star): An impossibly persistent hunter, Wendigo Wilson is a dark spirit of the past trapped in a man's body. His voice brings wind and cold to his foes, more the louder he speaks. He may be quiet usually, but his shout carried horrifying force. While he prefers the chilly country, he'll follow prey anywhere relentlessly. And if all else fails, there's little that can stand up to the Storm Giant, the shout of his massive giant form.
Crow Cementerio “The Rail-Gun” (Rank: Bronze Star): The Last of the Gunslinger clan, Crow is a bounty hunter of exceptional skill. He originally became a Bounty Hunter in order to gain clues about the event known as the Silence of the Storms and while that is still his main mission he has sworn to become a Lightning Bolt of Justice striking down evil without mercy. As a Gunslinger he is expert shot with his revolver, Quicksilver, and his skilled are amplified by his control of Lightning Natural Energy. Many believe Crow should be a higher level but suspect he has made just as many enemies as he has friends in the higher up of the BHA and they conspire against him.
Toni Sociere “The Cat Eye Witch” (Rank: Bronze Star): A young woman and Crow’s current partner (despite his denial) Toni Sociere grow up in a circus after being made an orphan when her mother was hunted down for being a “witch”. The circus members became her family teaching her everything she knows as she got older she found her mother’s spell book that contains numerous chemical mixtures of gun powder and swamp plants. When the circus she grew up in became blackmailed by a gang of criminals Toni turned to the life of a bounty hunter to capture those criminals and finically support the circus. Many believe like her mother she is a “witch” as she can conjure illusions when one stares into her cat like eyes.
Felicia Faraday “The White Rabbit” (Rank: Bronze Star): Felicia has always been known to be “lucky” and when her father fell into a gambling debt she tried to use her luck and sleight of hand cards trick to win the money back. Unfortunately her father’s gambling addiction was greater than her luck and the mafia’s loan sharks killed him. Felicia swore to punished those who prey who weakness and became a bounty hunter. She uses her natural luck along with a magically enchanted rabbit’s foot that can bend probability in her favor to track down and capture bounties. She always carries around a deck of steel laced playing cards that she can throw with deadly accuracy.

Star Ranking System
To keep all our bounty hunters safe and prevent casualties the BHA develop the star ranking system, bounty hunters are divided by 3 levels Bronze, Silver, and Gold. With Gold being the highest and bronze being the lowest. Rookie bounty hunters or interim hunters preparing to take their exam are not given a ranking. Also the Branch leader gets a Platinum Star Ranking and the BHA president gains a Diamond Star Ranking. While there is no such thing as Platinum or Diamond bounties their rankings come with their own privileges. All bounties are also divided into the 3 separate tiers based on their level of difficult, the rewards also correspond to the level with Bronze having low risk low rewards and Gold having high risk high rewards.
